"i ordered an item and after i got it , it didnt match the description. i emailed them and let them know and i asked for a pre-paid return label. they offered a $10 refund if i just keep the item. i agreed. the refund never came. i asked where it was and they lied and said they \"couldnt\" refund to paypal (i paid with paypal, so thats a lie) and gave me store credit instead! (trying to force me to spend more money at their store!) i said that isnt what we agreed to. i filed a claim with paypal, and east essence said to return the item.they knew we had already agreed i would keep the item so they knew i had to remove the tags and i wouldnt be able to return it or get the refund if the tags were removed. they are such corrupt scam artists, the items dont match the descritptions and they lie and steal. i would never do business with such people again!"
