We would like the opportunity to make some suggestions about standard vs upgrades on our particular model, like it should be an option for the pass thru from the master closet to the laundry room, and the faucet necks need to be longer in the bathrooms. Lastly we are still waiting on our master bath shower to be fixed!”

“Experience was good with a few minor bumps in the road. Staff were all very professional. The only real problem is the HOA. The information provided by sales and what HOA said were different and HOA were arrogant and not concerned with answers in a timely basis. The worst I have ever dealt with. Making up requirements as they go.”

The only complaint I had was not being able to move up the closing date/time due to lawyer constraints....nothing to do with Eastwood. That will not be a problem for 99% of folks.
