“Don't get us wrong, we absolutely love the house, but there are so many things that were contracted out that was done very very poorly. We were told things would be fixed and done, but have not been. Once we closed on the house its like we have been tossed to the side and don't matter anymore. The whole house was painted horribly. Our grass looks like crap and was not finished to what we were told it would be when we moved in. So many small items were missed because no one took their time to come back and make sure nothing was missed. Or things were done so fast that they did what they had to do and that was it. We don't appreciate that we paid for this house and it was poorly slopped together.”

“We love the Raliegh! The only reason I can't give it a 5 star is due to option selection. We would have loved to have had a more of a custom selection when it came to the features of the inside. You have a great house and we are glad we bought it. Just some of the limitations on color selections and fixtures were the only thing we would have liked to have had more of. Other than that we are very pleased and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home. Hopefully we will feel this way years from now too”
