“Excellent service from the initial order and then even better service when I amended the order on the Sunday and got a reply back at 21:00 acknowledging the change. The order was with me on the Tuesday morning. Excellent service thank you.”

“Due to the fact that I am not sure about shops that sales mostly online, I visited the ESV myself the first time. Their friendly service, care of the customer and the price won me over. Richard and the family is really helpful. After that, I just call them or email them and they always give me the good service and great price. Keep the good work ESV. Li”

“WOW! Now this is what i call a great service these guys are simply the best out there . goods arrived next day as promise and exeptionally well packaged now this is one company who does take great care about their customers . “Had been searching for a Panasonic HC-X1000 Camcorder under 2k for a number of months, as it was needed for some unpaid charity work and money is tight. Consistently I found Eastwood to be the cheapest and as soon as it dropped below £2,000 I ordered it. it arrived next working day and was just as I expected. Over the months I have exchanged emails with both Louise and Richard Eastwood and found them to be polite, prompt and accurate, something sadly lacking in business today. If you want fast delivery and excellent value, I strongly recommend Eastwoods . “I needed an extra SSD card quickly and although it wasn't in stock they called me back 10 minutes later to confirm they had sourced one and it was delivered the following morning. I will happily call them again.”

“Excellent service, and great communication. Very friendly and more than helpful, they even called me to let me know a product was about to be reduced in price, so would I mind waiting a couple of days for £50 quid saving. Er, no! What more can you ask for? The best, most professional, and downright nicest company I've dealt with in years.”
