“Prompt and friendly communication. They went out of their way to find what I needed and get it to me quickly. They even had an expert call me to make sure I was buying the right product for me. Very impressed, and feel really confident about future purchases with them.”

“My order was delivered within 2 days and the items arrived as described. As GDrives does not have warranty via their sellers I have no idea what to do if one of my drives break but the service I had from order to receiving my items was great. Eastwood also had good stock of varieties of hard drives and raids so I would fully recommend them for future shopping. Also competitive prices- atleast £20 less than any Apple retailer + no shipping fee over £50. All very swift and professional.”

“We got let down last minute by another supplier and it was for a very urgent piece of equipment. I contacted Richard Eastwood and I got the item we needed in less than 3 hours and it was even cheaper! Brilliant service and very helpful staff! Thank you so much for your help! Best, Viviana”

“Prices were very considerably less than my previous supplier and the order was dispatched less than 30 minutes after I placed it on-line. The product is to be delivered tomorrow (day after purchase), but so far I'm very pleased and have recommended them to my clients.”

“Excellent customer service and couldn't be more helpful. Excellent communication at updating me when my item would be in stock. When the HD OMNI I purchased only had a US plug (not ESV's fault) they sent one which was with me the next day. Very polite and knowledgeable and had the best price. Highly recommended.”
