“Our move was postponed because of COVID19 from 30th March to 30th April. The cooperation of Unit Management administration staff was excellent throughout. We were disappointed that, given the postponement to 30/04, the Unit was still underprepared in terms of communications e.g. Telecoms, Internet and IT connectivity. Despite asking continuously between early March and late April we were only contacted by the facilities manager about one week to ten days before the 30/4 only to be told that we were given one connection point upstairs and downstairs and the rest we were expected to sort out for ourselves. Given the current environment it was extremely difficult to get contractors in to do all the required work at short notice and hence our systems were down for a fortnight and we were only properly connected yesterday 12th May having been "switched off" on 29th April...Phil Parker (Director)”
