“Ordered mounts exceeding £90 in total. Bottom and upper mounts completely unattached. Made a complaint weeks ago and yet to receive a response. Thought it was a one off and ordered more mounts. Not only are 4 of 6 mounts ordered the 2nd time are barely hanging on to each other, to top it off NONE of the 6 mounts have the bottom and top mounts aligned properly not a single one is usable.
I appreciate that it's a busy time of the year but this is extremely disappointing as they were also supposed to be christmas gifts for love ones!!!”
“Recently ordered a double mount for an existing framed picture, so not an expensive purchase but had to phone them with a small query. They could not have been more helpful. Now received the mount.Perfect fit and looks great. Highly recommended.”

The company spotted this and phoned me to check, cancelling the unnecessary elements without charge. Frame arrived quickly, well-packed and exactly as expected. I like the facility to try out a frame virtually too. Will definitely use again.”
“I only gave them one star as it would not let me give them none. Ordered a Framed Print of my recently deceased Dog to remember him by - Easy Frame charge me almost £20 to supply this. On delivery I was extremely upset and disappointed to see they had sent a low grade rolled up "photo copy" quality image on low grade shiny paper without a frame - I called to address this problem and the sales man on the phone said I would have to pay a further £22 + Vat + £5 delivery (totalling almost £50 inc the rubbish photo) for their cheapest frame to then have to fit it myself. I declined the offer of being ripped off once again and found a company that supplied a lovey high quality image at less then the price Easyframe wanted for just their cheepest frame. Easyframe?? Easymoney more like - I would not recommend ever using this company - poor quality, misleading communication, terrible customer service. only gave one star as it would not - to be clear, you were the most rude customer service person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with - Like the many other negative reviews (scroll down and read them) suggest your people skills are appalling and from your reply today future potential customers can see you are very aggressive. Worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.”
