"Ordered mounts exceeding \u00a390 in total. Bottom and upper mounts completely unattached. Made a complaint weeks ago and yet to receive a response. Thought it was a one off and ordered more mounts. Not only are 4 of 6 mounts ordered the 2nd time are barely hanging on to each other, to top it off NONE of the 6 mounts have the bottom and top mounts aligned properly not a single one is usable.\r\nI appreciate that it's a busy time of the year but this is extremely disappointing as they were also supposed to be christmas gifts for love ones!!!"
