My dad ordered from easy life , a month later Easy life used his bank details from the purchase he previously ordered. My dad checked his bank statement a month later and had £76 taken out of his account , he rang Easy Life and the lady on the phone said he has signed up to a book club and gardening club which he didn't. The money was refunded . A month later the same happened and a month after that £18 was taken by Easy Life . This is a complete scam and fraud by using customers bank details and saying they have signed up to all sorts of things when they haven't and debiting money from peoples accounts when they know nothing of it . Absolutely discusting company .

This company is without a doubt the worst we have ever dealt with. We have been scammed at least twice that we know of, once for £79.99 and once, for £73 .98. I am still trying to have myself taken off their list. Don't touch them with a barge pole Eddie

Takes 20 minutes for anyone to answer the phone , then they say systems are down call back tomorrow. I suspect they know I wanted to cancel a catalogue being sent .

I am 80. Easy life have been taking regular amounts of £18.50 ( nine in all) for membership of a “club” I know nothing about and do not want. I M having great difficulty getting a reply to letters or any help on the phone.

DO NOT BUY this company do not sell quality and you try to return it under your 12 month warranty and they refuse yo honour it

Easy life joined my mother to a"bookclub" without asking. Used her bank details after she ordered something else by telephone and sent parcels of books to her. This is fraud! Got the money back as they are obviously used to this happening...have blocked easy life from any future transactions. Appalling behaviour, many other instances found online. Will be reporting to trading standards.

Never!!!!more They just leave the job 30 min before and cant clean my house. Its a woman from bulgaria and she always lie to us . Always she leaves our home without cleaning correctly

Agree with all previous comments. Ordered product on behalf of my mother (but with my telephone details), and received a telephone call with the caller asking questions about my health. The caller became quite rude when I stated that my health was dealt with by my doctor. I have attempted to email the company to complain, but the email will not send - states error!

If you order anything you get scammed. People ring to say you have agreed to subscriptions that you haven't and money is taken from your bank.DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

One star is too much! I made the terrible mistake of ordering some face masks from this company about a year ago now. Since then my life has been made a misery. My mistake was to order online and put my address as 155 instead of 135. An easy mistake you might think but I have tried for almost a year to rectify the mistake and Easylife refuse to do anything to correct this mistake. It means my neighbour at 155 is getting all the brochures, etc. from Easylife but they have my bank details and telephone number. I discovered £1.99 had been 'stolen' from my bank account by Easylife. I have been into my bank and they cancelled this £1.99 payment which would have been stolen every month if it hadn't been stopped. I am keeping an eye on my bank statements in case anymore money is taken. I have been constantly pestered by Easylife by telephone but I cannot make them understand that, at the very least, I would like my address to be corrected. They won't do this. It wasn't too bad when we had a regular postman as he knew me and would bring rubbish from Easylife to my house. I told my neighbour (who resents this intrusion) to put everything from Easylife in the bin so therefore, now I no longer have the regular postman, I don't see what Easylife is sending.

Do not touch this company with a ten foot barge poll. Trying to get my money back for fruit trees lost in transit. If my refund does not arrive soon intend to contact trading standards. Tried to sell me some dodge card. This company definitely needs its profile raising on winifred Robinsons radio four consumer program

Elderly aunt was charged £79.99?? For a supposedly card subscription.a man called her last week to ask her to take a card out...she said no thank yiu but they had her card details fm a previous transaction but took it anyway. Had to ring them today to get a refund

Do not touch this company with a barge pole - they get you to sign up for a card you don't want assuring you can cancel in 14 days - the card arrives after the trial period ends and the amount they take from your account differs to what is said in the "amazing offer" letter. To try and cancel it using their email address is a joke - all mail comes back as un-deliverable. The phone number is not manned at weekends and if you do get through it is not to Easylife. My advice - ring your bank and get their details cancelled on your account so you cannot get anything else debited from them.
