My experience is the same as others. I ordered various goods in June, and despite the site saying they were in stock, it's the end of August and I haven't received anything. Emails sent to their customer services receive an automated response apologising and saying it's taking longer than usual, however when something has been ordered as a birthday present and there's no idea of when anything may be received it is truly poor customer service. In the meantime they continue to send catalogues and emails despite not fulfilling orders.

My dad who is 90 ordered a few products over the phone in April wasn’t told on phone that goods were not in stock or would be while arriving..a month later after promising deliver I emailed and had a automated email saying due to covid etc, which is fair enough,,when 3 weeks later and several sent emails with no joy I ordered stuff for dad on amazon which I received all goods with in a week,, Awful customer service and have told dad to check his bank account. please don’t use this company ☹️

The order was placed in June, accompanied by a cheque for £102. The cheque was cashed but to date I have not received the goods. I have contacted them three times, despite the music on the phone, (as you wait 20 minutes) I am still waiting in August for my goods. Would I order again, from this company, not even if they were the only company on earth.

I too have had the same experience regarding delivery . I really cannot understand how easylife are still surviving as all the reviews on here are terrible ... do they not care ?

The same as all other customers .I ordered goods to the value of £75 on June 1st and still have not received my order despite assurances each week from CS the order would be with me by end of week . I understand the covid situation however I know 4 other people who ordered after me and have received their order . I keep being told goods are in warehouse and will be on their way . There appears to be no customer care here as I am fed lies regarding my order, this really is unacceptable and as I am a long term customer with you and I expect a better service. What is happening ?

I have emailed the company three times about an order placed in May and tried to phone which just cuts off. Today August 22 an email says it's sending me the goods, then another email saying there's a problem with the payment, and ring or they'll cancel the order. I ring, nobody answers. This must be one of the worst firms in the U.K.

My extremely frail mother has been waiting weeks for a refund on 2 items that she returned following the required procedure. They have ignored letters and have such a long call queue that you can sit there for hours and still not get a response

I would never order from this company again as if you have to return goods, which I had to do recently, I ended up posting it costing me £6 in postage. You have to obtain from Customer Services a special code to attach to your parcel for the courier but having called and called (being number 100 in the queue at one point) I gave up as you only have a certain number of days to return goods or lose your money. I wish they wouldn't keep sending me their brochures but they ignore your request to not send any.

I placed an order on 16th July '20 and have yet to receive the goods for which payment has gone through. Despite two attempts using the on-line form and several phone calls (none answered), I've been unable to discover the cause of the delay. I feel left in limbo and would lack confidence in doing further business with this company.

As a company I suggest they give up. The customer service and delivery is attrocious. They are currently using COVID 19 for their poor performance, but other companies have managed to provide excellent services throughout this time. A few years ago their poor performance was blamed on changes to their warehouse, so nothing has changed. I made two orders one on the 2nd and the second on the 4th of July and received them on the 6th Aug and 17th Aug respectively. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Placed an order on August 8th which is not yet processed. No response to several emails, and none of the criteria for emailing via the website fit their online forms. This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with even allowing for Covid-19 procedures and limitations, they make themselves impossible to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

We have recently made two purchases from the Easy life catalogue.Both orders advertised (free gift). The first order offered a free puzzle book.The second order placed in the positive health section stated the inclusion of two free gifts (free course of helix original+a bracelet)Thepuzzle book is supposed to be free with every order..If easylife have no intention of fulfilling their FREE GIFT promise ,then DO NOT publish the offer.The items ordered in the first order were adequate.The second order was purchased on someone's behalf and have not had any feedback thus far.I have tried to reach this company on several occasions to no avail .on the one occasion when I was able to make contact after being held for over twenty minutes I was fobbed of by being told that our order was placed from an old catalogue .Untrue..

Don't give these thieves your credit card details ever. My elderly parents purchased a bird feeder for the garden in 2019 it was OK. Then they get conned out of £70 for joining some holiday club the money was just taken from their credit card even though they said no. Then on August 8th this year the buggers (want to use a stronger b word) rang again wanting them to join the holiday club again, sent all the paperwork including my parents full credit card number. Which I am sure they have no legal to hold on file. They are just take the money after 14 days whether you cancel or not. My parents are so worried about it they have gone into town today and stood outside the bank for 40 minutes to cancel their credit card completely. Who staff at this company sleep at night I will never know.

Received first order ok. Then for some reason they repeated the order. Impossible to get in touch to prevent this. They took my money again before I could contact my credit card company. Now have them barred. Second repeat order delivered to wrong address by Hermes. A Company I am not impressed with. Finally received the unwanted second order courtesy of a neighbour. Finally and purely by accident contacted Hermes driver who took unwanted parcel away. Maybe I will get my money back. Informed Trading Standards. Do not use either Easylife or Hermes.

I have been trying for so long to get someone to speak to me regarding goods that I ordered, took 2 months to arrive then it was the wrong size so sent back, tracked the package at a cost to myself. And I am still waiting for refund even though it was stated I would get refund as soon as they received package whichever was now 3 weeks ago! Still no refund. I would definitely never use this company again!

I ordered in May was asked to contact in August about the order and replied by email to cancel - then received the order in the post. I called customer services and was told to write an email - and that gave an automated reply suggesting I phone! Then have just received my bank statement and noticed I have been charged twice for an order I can’t recall even making. I have asked to be removed from their mailing list via an email to their DPO and yet received a catalogue today which I am returning to sender. This company is dysfunctional. The staff on the ground must be totally stressed taking calls from irate customers, I asked to speak to a senior manager and the answer was simply I had to write in. When I asked for the name of the head of Complaints or customer services - I was told named could not be given because of Data Protection - which is nonsense.

Having ordered Health items on 11th July 2020 I waited until August 10th for delivery Garbage quality £80 worth, tring to speak to them on phone is impossible sent emails they do not reply Then I get charged £61.98 for some Motor organisation whilst using my credit Card not authorised from another company within the group Keep well away from this Company Rip-off Company does not even describe them

Dreadful experience. Waited almost 2 months for my order to be despatched, got fed up waiting and tried to cancel via their website. They ignored this request and sent out the order anyway 2 weeks later. I rejected the item when the courier came but I am still waiting for a refund. Their Customer Services are truely appalling. It is difficult to speak to anyone at the company by phone unless you ring their orders hotline (as they are always happy to take your money despite the poor service) and they never reply to emails other than sending an automated response.

Bought 3 copper face masks £6-66 each and no wire insert to seal around nose leaving gap for germs to enter and allow glasses to steam up, poor quality for price. Was told delivery in 3 to 5 days, it took 15 days from despatch to delivery for a simple envelope all enquiries by email or phone ignored. Poor quality and customer relations.
