Shocking customer service from Easylife. I rang the day after my order arrived to try and initiate a return. They took £5 off me over the phone and said they would mail me a returns slip/label (I don't have a printer). Nearly 3 weeks later and it has not arrived. Every time I try to ring customer services I get put on hold, then after 30mins+ the line goes dead. No such issue if you try to ring their ordering dept though! Can get through to them straight away... I just want my money back. I am elderly and feel like this company is taking advantage of my age group with the promise of an easy phone service compared to online shopping. I don't have unlimited phone credit so trying to get in touch with them is becoming very expensive.

i could tell you but they ignore anything the customer saysand will send items NOT ordered.a man called David asked if I wanted an insurance quote I said no my husbands was a funeral director. my Son we nt to my bank to cancel anypayments to the company so my debit card was totally canceled.The bank were really good at acting on my behalfMy advice to all.Tell your bank and also quote it is fraud.on the company part

Placed my order after 3weeks nothing called several times no reply, they only want you to take the offer of the puzzle book, beware they want to charge you a fee in return for so calld prizes,ideal world operate a simalar rouge.

Absolutely no customer service. Do not order from this company. I tried to phone the company to cancel an item but my calls weren’t answered. I tried emailing them several times to cancel but no response. The item was delivered and returned within a few days and two weeks later still no refund. Absolutely dreadful!

I placed an order in May and returned same with 100% guarantee slip despite emails and phone calls I have no response so I have been in touch with my bank to see if they can help I paid with my debit card - apparently you can try to claim back up to 4 months through your bank - hope this can help

Wish I had read reviews. Still waiting for an order. I decided to cancel order but basically no way to do this. No one answering customer services. No reply to e.mails so I have just got to accept that I have thrown money away. Very disappointed.

Beware, I had a phone call from easy life with the salesman talk, went on for five to ten minutes, I couldn't hear half he said but I told him I didn't want anything from easy life and I cancelled my subscription ages ago anyway. Next thing I had a document from easy life with a contract with a twelve month cooling off period to join their travel club at 65.95 a year. I wrote back to cancel it, something I didn't ask for, by RECORDED delivery and also emailed at their address TO BE SURE.

Only giving one star as I can't seem to give none! Appalling customer service. Order very late, with no news, so cancelled and got the things I needed elsewhere. But all my attempts at contact were ignored and the items turned up a month late despite 3 emails from me to cancel prior to that. I have phoned and got no answer, until I tried to phone the order line. Guess what - that one was answered. Then I was hastily put through to someone else who......didn't answer. So they have now charged me and I just cannot contact them to sort this out. I have never been so appalled with an online order situation.

Apalling service. Waited over two months for any news of delivery, during which time i cancelled the order as one item was needed urgently. I then received an e mail to say the items were delivered. I sent them back and now they have charged my account. Absolutely disgusting.

Goods not delivered, refund promised 3months ago, today, September still no refund, phoned 6 times, promised a refund three times, still NO refund, these people are CROOKS, do not deal with them. I am contacting Trading Standards and the media.

Dreadful, same as many here it seems, order placed, money taken, then nothing, no reply’s no goods, nothing, be less hassle just to put £50 in the bin than attempt to deal with this supposedly support for the elderly group.

bought a 100 ft. hercul-easy hose. it split within months but was told because of being over 6 months old would need to be taken to a garden centre to be verified. i am an 80 year old lady with no transport and have spent literally £1000s with them and this is what they think to my custom, so i have asked to be taken from their customer list. really, really upset with them.

Only giving 1 star as unable to leave less! Ordered item June 2020, after 4 weeks not received so purchased locally then tried to cancel order via email & phone. Terrible customer service, never reply to emails (sent 4 plus 1 via their internal system) other than standard acknowledgement email, and unable to get through by phone (tried 6 times). Eventually sent item, which I returned, now they are resending another so still refusing to refund! Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered end of July and nothing has arrived. They tell you it has been dispatched but nothing arrives. They don't answer phone on support line or when they do they say you need to be put through to another department and phone goes dead. Appalling company. Do not order under any circumstances.

My money has been taken but no goods received. Do not use this company. Think we should contact BBC Watchdog as it may all be completely dishonest. Also many products aimed at elderly or infirm.

Just hopeless trying to chase up deliveries. They only answer their order line. The two lines they have for tracking orders plus the email helpline never get answered. I have spent an eternity waiting but no reply. I now want to cancel 2 undelivered orders but have no means of contacting this useless organisation

Advised delivery of face masks was 17th August, didn't come, then told despatch was on 21st, still not here. Customer service not taking calls and emails not answered either. A shambles of an organisation.
