have been trying to get a refund for goods I e mail them not to send but they did anyway I think i'll phone the Queen properly have more luck getting through. sorry cant answer some questions as I have had no reply to my e-mails

there's nothing easy about easylife. I wish I could of show an 88 year those review to spot her ordering any. Not getting any were with.

Customer service appauling after cashing my cheque 5th June I had to wait weeks for a delivery of goods (various e-mails sent no reply - order unsuitable returned goods 15th August by their courier have sent 2 further emails asking for my money back (79.98) still waiting - I think this company needs to change its name - easylife what a joke.

Like a lot of the other reviewers I feel totally let down by this company. My 85 year old father ordered a ladder and it was delivered to the wrong flat in his block and was returned by Hermes, the money taken out of his account, but I am unable to chase this up for him as I am unable to get through on the phone and they do not respond to the emails that I have left. Trading Standards should definitely look into this company.

I placed an order on Easylife on 4th June 2020, still not got goods, my account says”Fully Allocated, Awaiting Picking” has said this since I placed order, they took money from my credit card 4 days after placing order, despite their policy not to take payment until goods have been dispatched. No replies to emails or no one answering phone. Luckily I paid via PayPal and got my money back, but my account still says “Fully Allocated, Awaiting Picking” Perhaps I’ll get my order for free, then again pigs might fly!

Like everyone else wish I had read the reviews, can't believe they are consistently so awful, trouble ordering ,impossible to get hold off and now trouble getting a refund . Blaming Covid for delays is not on , if the NHS performed like ' easy life ' what a disaster it would be . I strongly advise people not to order from them .

Three months to deliver?? Then only after I requested a cancellation. Don't blame Covid - other firms managed to deliver within 2/3 weeks. Absolutely impossible to contact either by phone or email

Unfortunately you have to give one star, but not worth that. ordered goods and received email goods had left there warehouse. goods normally take 3 to 5 days, 3 weeks later and three online messages to them. NOTHING and no response. BEWARE do not use them, I wish I had read the reviews first. you cannot answers questions below if you don't receive your items.

As other people suggest you should never use this company. I'm not certain if they are scammers or just completely incompetent yet. They bombarded my father (93 years old) with brochures and haven't delivered anything. Incredibly difficult to get through to when chasing delivery. We will probably have to go back to credit card company and get refund through them.

contacting by phone is hopeless - holding on for eternity - get passed round the building - they tell you rubbish - nothing gets done - order now months old and still no goods NEVER EVER EVER USE THESE IDIOTS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered something about a month ago and still not received it yet .Recently sai d my Parcel has been sent to Hermes to deliver -- by a phone call---- and heard nothing since Would appreciate the parcel ASAP

I reported a faulty hose. Twice by email, then queued 30 minutes on phone and spoke to Stephen who said I had to send a letter from a garden shop to say the item was faulty. I sent this with photos, bu am still waiting for a reply. Very disappointed at awful service

Shocking customer service from Easylife. I rang the day after my order arrived to try and initiate a return. They took £5 off me over the phone and said they would mail me a returns slip/label (I don't have a printer). Nearly 3 weeks later and it has not arrived. Every time I try to ring customer services I get put on hold, then after 30mins+ the line goes dead. No such issue if you try to ring their ordering dept though! Can get through to them straight away... I just want my money back. I am elderly and feel like this company is taking advantage of my age group with the promise of an easy phone service compared to online shopping. I don't have unlimited phone credit so trying to get in touch with them is becoming very expensive.

i could tell you but they ignore anything the customer saysand will send items NOT ordered.a man called David asked if I wanted an insurance quote I said no my husbands was a funeral director. my Son we nt to my bank to cancel anypayments to the company so my debit card was totally canceled.The bank were really good at acting on my behalfMy advice to all.Tell your bank and also quote it is fraud.on the company part

Placed my order after 3weeks nothing called several times no reply, they only want you to take the offer of the puzzle book, beware they want to charge you a fee in return for so calld prizes,ideal world operate a simalar rouge.

Absolutely no customer service. Do not order from this company. I tried to phone the company to cancel an item but my calls weren’t answered. I tried emailing them several times to cancel but no response. The item was delivered and returned within a few days and two weeks later still no refund. Absolutely dreadful!

I placed an order in May and returned same with 100% guarantee slip despite emails and phone calls I have no response so I have been in touch with my bank to see if they can help I paid with my debit card - apparently you can try to claim back up to 4 months through your bank - hope this can help

Wish I had read reviews. Still waiting for an order. I decided to cancel order but basically no way to do this. No one answering customer services. No reply to e.mails so I have just got to accept that I have thrown money away. Very disappointed.
