Refund - Difficult

I ordered bike hooks, supposedly to fit my shed. When I received the hooks, I discovered that I could not fit them, and asked to return them for a refund. Their response was no, we don't accept accessories for refund as per policy. (What policy?) Try to sell them privately. I was happy to pay return freight, but these are 4 useless hunks of metal, for which I paid $200 and I would like to return them and get a refund.

The most dishonest corrupt company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for a shed $4370. I decided to cancel it two hours later because of the reviews. They spent 2 weeks delaying my refund until I threatened Rustin with legal action. They still charged me cancellation fee. Only deal with them if you don't want to see your money again.

They said 2-3 weeks delivery and it took 31 days to arrive and only after me complaining several times and threatening a refund.

Worst company I've had to deal with. Buyer beware, don't expect a refund or exchange if something goes wrong. They will tell you to sell it and buy another one.

Instead of cancelling my order and providing a refund (which I asked for, 9 times), I am bombarded with emails with different delivery dates, trying to bribe me with free gifts and just down right ignorance when it come to requesting a refund.

After contacting them to advise of this I was told by Easyshed that they knowingly send out damaged shed sheets as usually the capping will cover it, but it doesn’t! I have been trying to organise a return and refund for over a week and after numerous calls and emails, still no one in management has bothered getting back to me.

Customer service is awful. Hard to get responses and they keep lying to me about delivery times. I just want a refund and they won't acknowledge it.

Absolutely shocking customer service trying to resolve, refund requested and rather than honouring this they have played games and used delay tactics (sending replacement sheets and offering accessories free as “goodwill” then reneging on that offer) & failed to escalate my complaints.

We have requested a refund and believe entirely reasonable in the circumstances, they are refusing, have advised there would be fees that we would have to pay if this occurred.
