“Ebay has always been good to me. My packages have always come in a decent time or the dates that they gave me, even earlier. I had a problem one time but not with ebay but with myself. I ordered a small (I was gaining weight) and should have ordered a medium. I sent a message to the seller and got a email back the very next day. I was 75% pleased with the conclusion to my problem they came up with but regardless they were punctual with replying back. They will be my go to until they give me a reason not to!”

“My experience with seller Zinc Decor could not have been better! There was constant communication, very quick shipping and SUPERB customer “relationship building”—not just customer service! Stephanie was always available or, at the very least, incredibly prompt returning PHONE calls and/or emails! (Yes, Virginia, some sellers still use phones!) Once I receive the items (2 chairs—$2000) i was beyond impressed! They are quality through and through and delivery company was top-notch, white glove service! I will absolutely buy from zinc decor for my future furniture needs!”

“purchased item and was charged but never received it. was told by seller that it was received and given a tracking number. i contacted the carrier and was informed by them that tracking number was invalid. opened case with ebay and told them i never received my item and that tracking number was invalid. ebay said seller had furnished tracking number and closed case. i never received a refund and never received my item !!!”
