False advertising, I ordered a 2 phone cases one came but it was extremely thin and looks nothing like the picture and as for the other one I ordered it months ago and it still isn’t here yet.

I placed an order with Ebay on April 11th the company FORURFUTURE I ordered a plush large dog bed. On the 28th I received a small riped up package when i opened it it was not what I ordered, or payed for it was extremely small. I tryed sending it back to find out you have to go through pay pal. The bed was 14.31 shipping to send it back was 14.55 so they make it impossible for returns. EBAY says they guarantee No that's a lie. This is a terrible company. Come to find out FORURFUTURE is made in China. Do your research read reviews before ordering anything. However I do not recommend Ebay to anyone.

I have an issue with items being auto deleted in my UNSOLD folder. Ebay customer service is giving me the run arround the bush.... not possible to get a straight answer, with a link to their web site to justify the items that got auto deleted. We lost 40 hours of work because of them. They wont even take any responsability !!!!!!

Very poor customer service during this crisis. It's horrible that we can not speak to someone over the phone regarding our account. Furthermore, the email system has been outsourced to other countries where the employees have no clue what is going on and just send back a generic email saying nothing helpful. I suggest you do not sell anything at this time. Wait until they are up and running again.

Horrible company for sellers! One situation after another, the buyers on ebay are mentally lazy, and ebay supports their negligence. DO NOT SELL WITH EBAY, it will ultimately cost you valuable time and money.

Horrible!they just suspended my account indefinetly for nothing,no explanation in email,they just wrote,they decided to suspend my account...i cannot even email them or call...thats so wrong

eBay asked me to pay for the returned item and said that the seller had the problem to provide the return label. eBay said that the seller is responsible for reimburse the return fee to me later. But, seller failed to do so and eBay closed the case. I filed the complaint for many times via different ways, but never got the response back from eBay. Ebay's "money back" warranty is a joke. For a couple of times disappointed by eBay, I'm walking away from eBay

EBay commits fraud. The delete REAL and honest negative reviews to help some of their sellers. They have a seller AAA_PCS that has had a few negative reviews, including mine, and the delete the reviews and claim that the review violates their policies but they don't and the won't even tell the writer why. Complete fraud

Ebay, after many years of so called site and seller improvements is still is miserable disappointment. Unlike Amazon, they still have not figured out ways to distribute visibility of seller listings with any equitable consistency. They have tried to propmote to sellers that if they stopped using text on listings, more photos of products, spent more money on sponsored listings, they would have better performance on the ebay site. But unfortunately, the only true factor is price. Tell me ebay, how does Amazon manage to list, promote and sell products that may be a bit more expensive but which might be more attractive to knowlegeable buyers in terms of quality, brand and other positives? The tie-dyed ebay management has for years relied on computer algorythyms that are outdated to do ALL the work for ebay while management shields themselves from basically all seller contact. It's a lousy platform for sellers and after years of constant worthless seasonal improvements, is known as a junk shoppers low price guarantee.

KILYN1 Don’t trust this seller, selling countrerfiet product, if you asked something about the item it wont reply, ihowever i still did bought coz i trusted ebay that im protected with thse kind of seller, beware dont trust this seller. Cant send feedback to the seller for it was disable already

I usually always get my packages from eBay, but for some reason they have lost 2 of my packages and I haven’t got a refund yet. My other package was expected to arrive 3 days ago, and nothing has came so I imagine that package has been lost too. Hopefully they can better this because it gets annoying when your packages don’t arrive when they’re supposed to.

**** JUST NEVER BUY FROM EBAY **** I made the same mistake and ordered mask and gloves from seller with apparently 4.7 rating ... first time I bought something at eBay .. I should have checked eBays reviews here and including so many places that has crappy reviews about those clowns. Never got my stuff and customer service clown are ignoring my email.... I still haven’t got it it that was supposed to arrive month ago...

It was very bad experience with eBay because they couldn’t help me to get my money back or my products which I paid for even they ignored my issue with 2 sellers, so I would never use eBay again or recommend it

Although the seller was a month and a half late, and after numerous requests to cancel the order, they have always ignored these requests. I appealed to Ebay custumer service, AND DESPITE IT IS THE LAW TO DECIDE TO CANCEL AN ORDER AND HAVE A REFUND THEY HAVE IGNORED ALL MY REASONS. I FEEL SCAMED FROM THIS SITE AND I WILL NEVER BUY ON THIS WEBSITE EVER!

I have been a member of eBay about 20 years as a seller and buyer. I would say sadly that it seems like it has got worse. I have have had a couple experiences lately that some sellers have things for sale, but after making payment they no longer have the item, or on backorder. It's very hard to get your money back. I have had a buyer give me a tracking number and marked item as shipped. Post Office had no record of the tracking number. Also, they will keep moving the delivery date to later. When that day comes they move the dated again. I have had to contact my bank, and report them. If they don't have 100% approval rating, find someone else. I have not had much luck with eBay helping get your money back.

Ebay Sellers consistently misrepresent products. I've experienced this throughout the past few years. For example, they will advertise and item as new (like a new telephone). It's obviously used when received. When contacting Ebay, they tell you to work it out with the seller then they will help. They NEVER help. It's their patent answer. I've thrown away more items than I care to admit . The cost to return the item is often more than the junk that was shipped to you. And, waiting over a week or two for a product is completely unacceptable. If other shippers can get your merchandise to you, why can't Ebay? This situation has been going on for the past several years and gotten progressively worse for Buyers. I'd highly advise to stay away from Ebay both as a Buyer and as a Seller. I understand that Sellers get very little back up from Ebay on other issues but Ebay always collects the fees. So disappointing in an ecommerce company that could have had so much to offer.

I ordered 3 x 500ml Senses Antibacterial gel from Raigins at Rochester on Ebay uk it took more than a month to turn up by there own van and supplied 3 x 500ml Russells Alcohol rub which I could have purchased for about £10 instead of the £42+ I paid them they agreed to return and refund, we are shielding so unable to take to P.O. emailed them and asked if they could collect they said yes and thats the last we heard from them - no collection, no refund no way of getting Ebay to intervene BUYER BEWARE you don't get what you ordered and they don't do what they say they will.
