“I do a lot of shopping for household goods on eBay and very recently I had a bad experience with a seller. The seller just took the money and ran but luckily for me I was covered by eBay's Money Back guarantee. I simply opened up a case through eBay and waited the allotted time for the seller to respond. I got no response and eBay credited me my money back on the same day I got back in touch. eBay kept me informed via emails & eBay messages all through the case so their customer services set up is fantastic.”

“wow I wished I had seen all these comments what a change over time....I had money returned as I received a note bothered me they say I had cancelled my product so many times not true...Of course E Bay was in touch with me there answer was I cancelled This has gone on and on the one that phoned not the best by e mail heaps I have been with them years It has been a stressful horrid situation I have have all details in a folderI I have always received high comments a I was a buyer I am going to now close down I do not want anyone too contact me well it would be Customer Service they all seem to say the same.”

“I Have been using eBay for about a year now for selling and buying and when I have to talk to customer service it's kind of a pain as they sound like broken records stuck on "im sorry". Until today, this guy Fabian and another assistant who's name I did not get (best guess on spelling as it was a phone call) helped me beyond belief to the point I was baffled with how amazing the service was. They walked me through everything they were doing and explained it perfectly with alot of detail, apologized for inconveniences and for being put in hold for a minute while he contacted a different department for further assistance but DID NOT OVERDO IT!!!, checked back in on me while I was on hold like an absolute boss and even went as far as waiting for my response before abruptly interrupting me in the middle of my sentence as I have happen alot here. ALL PROPS GO OUT TO FABIAN AND WHOEVER ELSE HELPED ME TODAY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WERE BEYOND INCREDIBLE!!! EBAY NEEDS TO GIVE THESE ABSOLUTE G.O.A.T.S A RAISE OR PROMOTION ASAP!!!!! y'all definitely restored my faith in eBay customer service and if you guys happen to see this you gotta know your the best customer service reps I've had the pleasure of working with in years as nobody nowadays has respect or a spark of life like these guys had just apologies, depressing and aggravating conversations mixed with let downs. AGAIN FABIAN AND THE OTHER GUY ARE ABSOLUTE G.O.A.T.S OF EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

Get your score fixed up to 790-820 instantly with him. Or you can request a blank atm/debit card from him. The card contains about 69,700k pound sterling in it, the amount in the card renews after every 60 days, it's a splendid algorithm hack for ATM's, so you can withdraw limitlessly without being noticed. “I ordered an item from a seller that still hadn't arrived 8 days after the estimated delivery date. I contacted ebay about it and in about 20 minutes I received an e mail from ebay informing me that they had refunded me fully. With customer service like that I will proudly continue shopping with ebay.”
