“I ordered a bike face mask that was supposed to be a size large . The box said size large but what was in the box was not a large , it was a medium. The seller refused to correct the size and ebay customer service did not help to correct it .”

“Bought a item from ebay.money was taking out of my act so I guess they really stoled from me and never got nothing.no package,nothing I sent email all I got was we have no record.they had credit card number and it showed up on my bank statement but they have no record.how did that happen money was taking out by ebay.oh I guess somebody has it.”

“Sold my guitar as lost my job. Buyer in U.S. received my guitar on 25 March. Very happy with purchase. Ebay states new sellers will have their paypal money released 24 hours after buyer receives item, or 7 days after. Thank you Ebay for playing "god" with my money - over 2 weeks LATER. Out of work, and Ebay released my money only today 10th April. I asked for special empathy due to my position ... NO!! Ebay, no other company could refuse a persons right to THEIR money like you. Disgusting. on 25th March - my sale was AUD$4700.00 .... due to failing US$, today 10th April just AUD$4290.00 CRIMINALS! Seeking legal advice!”

“Ebay said money back guarantee where I ordered from this company march 25th and never got my item and contacted the seller and no response, contacted ebay the said wait till april 15 for contacting the seller where they don't respond and then wait 48 hours after that and then make their decision, really why do I have to do all of this.”

“I sold something under my bay policy of no returning - as a single mom and old eBay customer ( over 8 years ) I have corona In quarantine- money already spent for something else to my 10 year old They put a hold on the money after few days Why they even have the policy ?? The person who bid the item under the circumstances where it’s says no refund ( should understand that and bid someone’s else ) please an advice I hate amazon I sent an advice that was working now besides eBay put a hold on my little ones money I have no guarantee in what I will receive .. Thank u”

“It's becoming the normal for ebay listings to state that the item is in Australia. Only to find that the seller is based in China and the item ordered and paid for takes weeks to arrive, posted from overseas ebay customer service does nothing to prevent this, no mater how many times you raise this.”

“Never received my package ($30 only) and customer care doesn't care. It was one on my worst experiences as we needed this part for a customer that we were preparing his car. That is the last time for us deal with this idiots.”

“I ordered 2 masks to protect through the virus pandemic. Ebay canceled the order due to the seller. I assume the seller is fake? It is next to impossible to get a refund and when I did I only received half of the refund. Ugh! No more bay for me!”

“I created a new account on EBay to purchase a printer. I put in a bid and then EBay suspended my account indefinitely. They say because of suspicious behavior. How is creating a new account and putting in a bid for an item suspicious behavior? Well they said I have no right to an appeal or can open up any new accounts so I guess this will be the last I ever try to order off EBay. Very disappointing.”

“They in my experience do NOT have the buyer's best interest at heart and they do NOT take matters seriously in regards to people receiving the full refund from items bought my people and were told by the seller they would work and the description is wrong. I fail to see how this is not the seller's responsibility to handle such as AA auto parts they lie and say the items are returned broken.”

“EBAY IS A BAD COMPANY I HAVE APPLY TO WOKR THERE FOR STUPID JOB AS A COSTUMER SERVICE THAT EVEN MY DOG CAN DO A BETTER JOB THAN THE PEOPLE THERE AND THERE REJECT MY APPLICATION. “First off I'm a buyer and seller so I understand both sides. Sellers suffer, like when a person buys and cancels your item, pay pal still chargers you a fee and why did the buyer cancel? Probably works for pay pal, nice way to make free money. So if you have a $400 item and its bought then canceled you owe $40 for nothing to pay pal. Sounds fishy huh. Or it's another seller knocking other sellers out of business. How can you stay in business when your profits are 0 because of this scam. What does Ebay do about this scam? Nothing and why probably because they to are in on the scam. I'm sick and tired of corruption from corporations. As a buyer I would advise never buy anything from China because 87% is going to be rejects or the wrong size. So honestly it's a lose lose situation on Ebay. Seems they could fix the problem but don't care. Well eBay you will fall and other selling sites will take over your spot or a new selling platform. You better step up and resolve the problems buyers and sellers are having and stop trying to be fair and be professional.”

“This site is okay if you are the buyer but if you're trying to sell stuff you may end up very sad. There are many hidden fees and they will take a good amount of your profit if you sell. NEWSFLASH.. Even if you DON'T sell, Ebay will nickle and dime the mess out of you!! Be very converned about the extra charges. And PayPal will finish the job Ebay starts on you.”

“I needed a k cup holder with bottom needle for my Keurig coffee maker. Thought I would check out ebay first. Guy wanted $25. For refurbished part. I called Keurig and they shipped me a brand new one for free. E bay should be ashamed letting someone gauge customers like this. I will think twice before l buy anything else from ebay.”

“The CEO of eBay should NOT allow the sale of any toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, rubbing alcohol, baby wipes, mask, rubber gloves or cleaning supplies. Instead the people trying to sell these items for profit during the coronavirus should banned from selling on eBay. This is the time to help people in need, not make a profit or hoard theses items.
