Literally a shipping company is willing to stand up to their fault and compensate an item they mistakenly delivered to a wrong address. They can only do that if the seller is willing to put in a claim but this seller names of A Moiz is not willing to stand up and help. He’s feasting on money from an item a customer has never recieve only because he has a fake signature to show...

They never protect the seller 💯 sure we all know ebay has seller and buyer scammer but this time is a buyer scammer but ebay in favor on the scammer buyer. Even after the Tracking said item was delivered to the buyer they still turn around And took the money Out from my account and refund the buyer because the buyer file the claim it never received. How did ebay know the buyer didn’t actually got the package? Scammer could say that anything to scam and to get the their money..Ebay’s reason it’s required to have the buyer’s signature in a certain amount. If it’s required i just wish ebay are smart enough to put a banner can’t proceed without a checking the box. They don’t care what happen to the package because they will charge it to the seller anyway. We will absolutely not doing business with them anymore

I have had my business account since 2011. eBay has now connected my account with my son’s account. His account is in trouble my account is not. I can’t do anything about his account. They lowered my selling limit. Now I am not making any money. Unfair practices. Needs changes.

I tried to refund something because the shipper sent the wrong item and when I went to print the return label I was told I would need to pay $3.87. I called ebays customer service and I asked what the $3.87 was for and why I had to pay it, I was then told they had no idea!!

I got an email (no reply) that someone broke into my account. I cant call them and I cant email them. This makes sure that there is no record that could hold them responsible for anything. I now have to change all of my passwords. THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR BUYING ANYTHING FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT EVEN HAVE A WAY OF SPEAKING WITH THEM. I will never buy anything from them again and I hope that anyone who reads this wont either.

Shipping company failed to deliver item by their fault and sent it back to seller. eBay wasnt able to solve the problem in more than month. Despite the fact I contacted them several times, I still have neither item, nor my money back.

Been charged a lot of fees on ebay and my items did not sell,then they have the check to suspend my account, the way i am upset they wont be getting a penny from me

A few years ago, I received a message from an ebay company asking me to rate their employees. Since I do not make hasty conclusions, I decided to postpone it for a couple of years. So the time has come! Briefly about ebay 1. Absolutely inadequate employees, in particular, this applies to the thing that is hiding under the number MC011. Inability to directly and reasonably answer questions hiding behind company policies. So the assessment of the adequacy of employees 2 2. Inability to make reasonable decisions in disputes Professionalism score 2 3. Respect for the participants (to their customers who bring them money), at the lower level. Grade 2 Here's what you get when dealing with this company. Huge negative experience and spoiled nerves. This behavior of ebay employees poses a threat to the entire online community. So I rated you at 222 Soon there’s still another 4 and get a rating on the remaining 6 points. For those who have suffered morally and financially from the actions of ebay employees, I want to say the following Decency and honesty are very expensive gifts. And do not expect them from cheap people Good luck

Tracked Postage Isn't Enough !!! I have just been scammed for £1100 without any support from Ebay, the member who scammed me had 0 feedback although I am a top rated power seller !! I sent an items via a tracked and signed service and although the item was showing as delivered the buyer somehow managed to avoid signing. They then complained the items wasn't received although the status on the courier website and even on Ebay showed as delivered !! I also provided a receipt showing address the item was delivered to along with date and time it was sent and if this wasn't enough I also provided an email from the postal service confirming delivery but guess what ?? EBAY STILL REFUNDED THE SCAMMER !! Pathetic and very disappointing !!

Got my credit card number stolen through ebay which I have not used in over 2 years. 2 transactions were made to purchase items for china and ebay is not refunding even though it was stolen and used directly through one of their sellers. Ebay is a very shady, scam,company!!!!!

They don't care a out the customer when they screw up. Ive been an Ebay customer for years and have never had a reason to use their customer service. They billed my account incorrectly. After several hours of me calling them, escalating it to "supervisors", some of whom hung up on me, I finally got them to issue a credit. They never want to admit that they screwed up. They hear what they want and use poor excuses to justify that they don't care about providing service to the customer. I specifically asked Mark who is a "Manager" how I can file a formal complaint. He said that there isn't a way...then hung up. Another "supervisor" named Michelle also hung up on me after she refused my request to speak with her boss. This was all regarding an Ebay problem, not between buyer / seller. UNACCEPTABLE

On Dec 8, 2019 at 3:21pm PST we received an order for a Atelier Paris Chair - Bolier & Company (283700969070). We entered the tracking for a blanket wrap, white glove delivery with FragilPac. However the driver called to say that he had come down with the flu and had pulled over and was resting but would be delayed. We told this to the buyer and he sent an inquiry to Ebay questioning if h would get the chair. So we re-booked with a freight carrier, placed the chair on a pallet and shipped it. We were unable to place the new fright carrier in the order. We called Ebay and alerted them to that fact and were told to try again later. We tried for 3 days to replace the shipper in the order. We called again and were able with the help of a better trained operator to get the replacement shipper into the order. We had also sent the buyer the pick up receipt for the chair so that it would be in the Ebay system as there is no way to make good order notes in that system. So at this point the buyer knows it is on its way and Ebay knows because of the 2 phone calls into them to change the shipper info. However, on Jan 6, ebay refunded the customer. I called in that day and spoke with Representative Jon. I asked specifically what I should do.I was told 1. "You are a valued Seller" 2. "Ebay will stand by you" 3. "Contact us when it is delivered and you will be paid immediately" 4. " We have a way to collect for you through Paypal" I kept in contact with the Buyer whose responses to my delivery updates were "fine" and "It does not matter when it arrives as I got my money back" to which we responded that he would be recharged. My next contact was with Bowther Jon at Ebay when the chair arrived and was refused by the buyer saying he had "cancelled" the order. Noone at Ebay or the buyer ever used the word Cancel until this point. I was told by Bowther Join that I had done the right thing and that he would get me paid as soon as I could send him the Proof of Delivery document. We sent that in but were not paid as promised. Tracking: ID12186552 PRO 397798919 I called in again and was told that it needed to be reviewed because it was over 1000.00. I called again and was told this time that the decision in my favor was reversed. I was put through to Leanna who heard the entire story looked up all the messages and documents and I was told: " this order was never cancelled" "we will be deciding in your favor" I was told that my "funds would be available in 4-5 days". When the funds did not arrive I called again and spoke to Mei (may) who informed that the decision had been overturned at corporate. I asked to speak to her manager and she came back on the line to say her manager had reviewed the case and was manually entering the claim. And "you will receive your funds in 4-5 days" At this point the shipper wanted another 450.00 to return the chair back to the East Coast. I had to make a decision and expressed my concerns to Ebay. I was told " 100% you will be honored for this sale". I called back today and once again got LeAnna who informed me that once again the claim had been overturned by Corporate Ebay, and apologized that no one had contacted me to tell me. Each and every step of the way, we have kept Ebay informed, reached out for guidance, and did exactly as instructed. Exactly as instructed. It is a challenge to have any problem with Ebay as more often than not you are speaking to someone overseas and their language skills and training range from passable to excellent. Both times we have had issues, one technical and this experience were hindered by the representatives misreporting the correct steps for us to take. But Ebay Corporate does not have these excuses. Ebay either stands behind what they tell their Sellers or they dont. They obviously did not in this case. It is unethical to have no way to contact or appeal a decision that overturns a positive outcome for their Sellers. Adding insult to injury, they marked the Order a defect !!!!!!

The worst place to sell. Apparently small details such as my name meant I was suspended once a week, I had only been on Ebay for 3 weeks. Managed to sell one book. No one seems to understand why it keeps getting suspended and they're so threatening when you speak to them as if you're the worst person living. Chat customer servce don't have a clue whats happening. Customer service on the phone are nice but they can't fix an issue at the end of the day they always say someone in a another department decided something and they cant do anything. Please never sell on Ebay. Can't suggest you buy on Ebay because I didn't get a chance to .

I received an email to buy $1000 worth of gift cards from someone pretending to be my boss. I went and purchased them and right away find out that it was a scam. I immediately contacted my bank to file a claim. My bank told me to contact eBay to cancel the purchase, but they refused to help in any way. I am extremely damaged in the amount of $1000 and eBay will not respond to any remedy methods. Please advise for any suggestions because I am not receiving any help with how to recover my losses.

Ordered a cctv home system, part of the equipment was faulty, the company Casperi UK does not return emails and Ebay is not liable, basically Ebay does not provide customer security anymore.

Purchased item 30/12. EBay seller didn't put ECP number on parcel so auspost unable deliver and CNC location unable to process or give me the parcel as they cant went into system and you cant receive code to collect, CNC location who after multiple attempts at delivery returned to the seller via post box which no one can trace. The seller will not refund. I spent weeks logging cases with auspost ebay and PayPal, no action countless hours trying to get ebay to follow up. Auspost officially classed the item as lost at which point the lying seller misled ebay by providing false delivery details closed the case. Then had to spend more hours with ebay appealing the case every time ebay had no idea had to explain everything. EBay finally advised they will refund the item at which point the seller provided false I information to paypal to stop me getting a refund or for them being liable and so they can keep the $450 item and keep my money. The whole process is set up to protect the seller and ebay. EBay sellers mistake and ebay click and collect locations mistake and its the buyer who pays in time and money. Still waiting for refund its now 07/02!! The only goal can be that the buyer will give up and the seller gets $900 worth, great ebay seller scam. Never buying from ebay again. The cnc location is supposed to call ebay and confirm the details and the seller decided not to use ebay tracking or ECP no. As the item was undeliverable the auspost just left the item at cnc location where it sat for a week before they sent it back return to seller the whole time I was calling and going into store but no one could find it because they couldn't scan it with no ECP. I had to investigate everything and call managers, provide proof. I call ebay ebay and send emails constantly and no one contacts you or calls the cnc location to verify which would take 5mins. Finally I got someone who made the call but now 5 days later no refund and even when it comes through it is refunded to paypal account or card you paid from in your paypal.account then you have to wait another week for it to go o to your card. Both ebay and PayPal treat the buyer as a the accused its nuts!!!

Horrible customer service, sellers on Ebay have no protection at all. I sold a U.S. Army train to a guy that then opened a case up against me saying item was not what he wanted but then asked for a partial refund that was granted by Ebay and he kept my train. Ebay did nothing.
