I do not have Paypal account however Ebays site use Paypal to make transactions to others using Paypal. This site is the only site that had my CC information and used Paypal for transactions. My CC transaction that I made on the same exact day was used by Paypal to pay for an Ebay transaction and within that transaction from Ebay to that Ebay user using Paypal my CC information was captured. There was another transaction within an hour of Ebays transaction using Paypal which charged my CC for $4,000....Some how some way my CC information was shared with another Paypal user that captured my CC information on the Ebay transactions. Ebay doesn't have safe or secure transactions this is very bad and needs to be reported. I am in the process of taking appropriate steps as Ebay hasn't stepped in and reviewed their transactions from Ebay clients using a CC to their Sellers that use Paypal for payment. I would highly advise not using Ebay especially if you use a CC as they seem to do nothing.

Ebay condones illegal business practices. Ordered many items from sellers to hold on to my money for months. I Lost $42 dollars one time. Made a mistake asking for the return and asked ebay for help getting a refund. All I got was a runaround. Don’t use ebay!

..ther seems to be by sum comparison to online platforms that hand-n-hand fraudulent individuals will find ther way to you as a seller or buyer.. ..insomuch to that' a platform like eBay wuld apply "import charges" and "gst" in "usd" to purchases under $1'000, and not even in your country's currency which i find extremely annoying and pathetic!

Fed up with ordering items and them being deemed lost either at depots or in transit! Then having to accept refunds! It's clear that items are being stolen. After they've left the seller. Kind regards.

Ebay it seem is hand to hand with theifs. I ordred 2 phones worth 150pounds on 3 of april 2020. Selled did not posted nothing until 16of april and i open a case and they tell me i have to whait until 23 for them to get involved even they are giving you buyer protection. So i have no phones, no money back, no protection. Buyer protection is a fake thing again. I eill never buy again on them and i advice if you are buying something expensive to avoid. I contact them on chat and a lad there told me they can do nothing, i have to whait. And close the chat when i disagree with whaiting period. So bad for shoping, worst like customer service. Now i feel scamed even by ebay not only by seller. Thanks Ebay!

I'm a real person and am very disappointed with ebay. It works well until you have a problem then they won't help. In fact, the company they use for delivery has been way more helpful. I will avoid using ebay for any future purchases because of their POOR or should I say NON existent customer service!!!

on ebay it is written that i can list up to 1000 free things every month, but when i want to list it says (list with fee). Well, today I was listing an watch for sale, ebay wrote that I had to pay 10% to see a lot of people, + 10% after it was sold, 20% for ebay 🤦🏻‍♀️. I refused to pay for promotion, but my stuff has very few viewers because ebay requires money to display it to more people. more than £ 1 for a list, + 10% for promotion, + 10% after sale. do not use Ebay for sale

I have contacted them concerning and order I never received and they do nothing; using the COV-19 as and excuse for bad service I will never order from them again RIP OFF.... I always select to buy only from the US. That's how I support my country every way I can. So when it brings up sellers that are in the US and located in California, maybe not. The tracking number was sent to me and location is California, I think it's coming from California. After finding USPS traciking numbers sitting idle for weeks I wondered how that happens. Well, When I checked further the sellers main address is China not the US as Ebay lists them. The items are coming from China which explains idle USPS tracking numbers. Hence the idle tracking number and this happened 4 times to me in a couple weeks. I've been tricked. Don't let them trick you. When I mentioned the idle tracking number they will tell you "It has been shipping". The post office must have lost the number or they lost my item I will try and ship again"... this is to buy time!!!. So....When you select you want to buy from the US, you may not be. Check where the actual companies location is not where they want you to believe it is. Clever how Ebay allows these sellers to hide their real identity.

I made a purchase on eBay. Several days later the item still did not ship. I contacted the seller asking for tracking info. Several hours later eBay notified me the order was canceled at my request. Seller notified me he could not deliver to my address. Clearly I was not happy. I left a feedback for the seller accordingly. Several days later my feedback was erased from this sellers profile. I don’t think it should be possible to do this unless eBay contacts both party’s. I had to go to amazon and order my item and ended up having to wait much longer to get it. In regards to not being able to ship to my address. In the 12 years on eBay I have had NO issues with shipping to my address that I have been at for 13 years. If you can just have feedback erased then it’s useless to even have feedback

I closed my shop due to covid-19. I decided to sell a few things on Ebay to bring in a bit of money (all sold at a loss). I have 100% positive feedback & I just sold an item, buyer paid & Ebay said they would not pay me for 3 weeks!!! I am so angry & shocked. In these times I can not wait that long, the postage cost is all I have in my bank account. I have removed all my items & I will be cancelling my account. I feel very sorry for the buyer that got a great dress for a great price & paid straight away.

Stay away from eBay, even one star is way too much for them, these guys are cooperate with their own fraud sellers to cheat the buyers, I contacted eBay today to help resolve a problem with their scam seller and he were laughing on my face.. go to Amazon they have much better customer relation and much better deals, I will never never buy from eBay again.

I purchased coil over struts for my car. They blew out within the first 10 miles. They would not help me at all. They suggested I buy it again. yeah ok. Then I post a negative review with pictures. they would not allow me to post. Guess they pick only the positive.

No protection for sellers!!!! This platform is definitely not the same as it used to be. Save the time hassle and money and switch to Amazon!

Didn’t receive the product ordered and I have been home during the lockdown. Complained and the case was close without any refund. I can’t even appeal. No picture to or evidence of delivery. Bad bad bad services!

i'll say if ebay still doesn't add the option for buyers to block those unprofessional and bad sellers, then ebay will lose more and more serious buyers and sellers, and only bad crazy sellers will stay.
