dreadful resolution service - I tried to get a refund for an item that I never received - customer services sent a hostile email stating they'd closed the case - no explanation and no refund and £200 poorer with nothing to show for it - now hoping PayPal will help out...

I was scammed by a Chinese seller price gouging on toilet paper. Ebay and PayPal were no help in returning item for a refund. Avoid using them. Amazon is a better choice. Better yet shop local and support your community.

Ive been using Ebay for over 10 years! NO MORE!! 50/50 Chance you will receive Item or go through hell for a month trying to get your money back ALL DONE EBAY!!

They shamed me for voicing my disability in an email. I was sending an email due to bids that I couldn't pay for at the time, explaining how I shop to cope with my borderline personality disorder, then I was immediately banned from my account. Treated like a criminal that sold a gun on eBay. I literally cried for an hour wondering why I was in this situation. It's a sad day when you find out they treated their sellers better than the customers. Don't even get me started with the trying to receive an email from them

They banned me for maybe being hacked when I wasn't hacked at all. They did this after I made a purchase and did absolutely nothing to ensure me that my purchase was cancelled. They absolutely refused to talk to me. They accept Klanra payments and that's what I used to make my purchase. I'm guessing since I was signed in on my eBay app when I tried to sign in though Klanra it through up red flags on at eBay and they banned me for life. They gave absolutely no option to call or email them to fix the issue. They never sent a confirmation email after I bought items off their site as a guest because it wouldn't let me log into my account. I was unaware that I was banned at the time of making a 70.00 purchase. The purchase is processing in my Klanra account, but I never got a confirmation email from eBay for that purchase. I've tried everything to make sure it's is cancelled and they will not respond to me at all. I've tried calling and the phones are down, I've tried messenger and they won't answer. I've tried posting tweets on their Twitter, and posting comments on their Facebook page and nothing. I can't email them because I am banned. I don't not recommend them at all.

eBay provides no help to sellers grieving due to coronavirus who make a listing mistake. They also expect payment for their lack of help! Very upset seller. eBay should be ashamed.

I'm very disappointed that they allow their sellers to post porn. My husband was looking for a radio for our car, but every time he tries to look for one he comes across pornographic images. He said they are very disturbing. Now he doesn't want to buy from them.

Never ordered from Ebay before. I Started ordering a month ago for several items. It said it will take a week for delivery. It's been a month. I hardly received anything. Ebay is a joke. No quality control. What is this? Is this a fifty fifty shot your going to receive your item? What a joke.

It's a alright platform to sell but for smaller items than £20 there shouldn't be any fees. I'm selling a product at £6. eBay is charges me 20% £1.20 also payment are only accepted on PayPal so PayPal takes a fee and then shipping the item and dont forget product cost. What am I left with? I'm already selling a good price to make some profits but the product is hardly selling.

For the past weeks I am not receiving my orders. Now is not the time to buy from ebay because they are not concern about their costumers. Why do business and your costumers are not receiving their items and on top of that no one cares to contact you. I'm done with ebay.

I do not have Paypal account however Ebays site use Paypal to make transactions to others using Paypal. This site is the only site that had my CC information and used Paypal for transactions. My CC transaction that I made on the same exact day was used by Paypal to pay for an Ebay transaction and within that transaction from Ebay to that Ebay user using Paypal my CC information was captured. There was another transaction within an hour of Ebays transaction using Paypal which charged my CC for $4,000....Some how some way my CC information was shared with another Paypal user that captured my CC information on the Ebay transactions. Ebay doesn't have safe or secure transactions this is very bad and needs to be reported. I am in the process of taking appropriate steps as Ebay hasn't stepped in and reviewed their transactions from Ebay clients using a CC to their Sellers that use Paypal for payment. I would highly advise not using Ebay especially if you use a CC as they seem to do nothing.

Ebay condones illegal business practices. Ordered many items from sellers to hold on to my money for months. I Lost $42 dollars one time. Made a mistake asking for the return and asked ebay for help getting a refund. All I got was a runaround. Don’t use ebay!

..ther seems to be by sum comparison to online platforms that hand-n-hand fraudulent individuals will find ther way to you as a seller or buyer.. ..insomuch to that' a platform like eBay wuld apply "import charges" and "gst" in "usd" to purchases under $1'000, and not even in your country's currency which i find extremely annoying and pathetic!

Fed up with ordering items and them being deemed lost either at depots or in transit! Then having to accept refunds! It's clear that items are being stolen. After they've left the seller. Kind regards.

Ebay it seem is hand to hand with theifs. I ordred 2 phones worth 150pounds on 3 of april 2020. Selled did not posted nothing until 16of april and i open a case and they tell me i have to whait until 23 for them to get involved even they are giving you buyer protection. So i have no phones, no money back, no protection. Buyer protection is a fake thing again. I eill never buy again on them and i advice if you are buying something expensive to avoid. I contact them on chat and a lad there told me they can do nothing, i have to whait. And close the chat when i disagree with whaiting period. So bad for shoping, worst like customer service. Now i feel scamed even by ebay not only by seller. Thanks Ebay!
