“This website is horrible. What they say they have in stock they never do so keep an eye on your email. Also I have made multiple orders and did not recive my points. All of the customer service reps are rude they make you feel like your bothering them! You need your hair in a week or less? Dont count on it give it 3 weeks with or without covid also be prepared to not recive a tracking number unless you email and ask for it. Use glamortress or blackhairspray you make an order and theres no need to watch your email you will get your items on time too”
“This website is terrible. I ordered from here once before and they did not communicate that the item was out of stock. I was just waiting and waiting until i finally emailed and encountered the RUDEST customer service agent. I tried to give the website a chance again because they were they were the only ones who carried a specific item, and once again they did not communicate ANYTHING regarding my shipping I had to email them ONCE AGAIN to get information. Again, I encountered the agent. Carries T is the worst person I have ever spoken with or emailed. This man or woman needs to be trained in CUSTOMER SERVICE! This person makes me not even want to TRY to spend my money here. I ordered a week in advance and paid for priority shipping and it will not be here on time. “Placed an order for my unite on November 14th and my order has still not been shipped out. The seller claim they dropped my package off to USPS and its waiting to be scanned, but I contacted the USPS in Northbrook and they told me that nothing was ever brought in to their facility š” I am soo heated right now. I have ordered from your company before but this time it has been a very bad experience.
First when I ordered, the site said it would would be 3.99 flat fee for shipping if my order was over 30.00, my order was over 30.00 but your company still wanted to charge me 9.93 for shipping anyway.
Then I get a email telling me about certain stipulations that I would have to do to get my order. I have to make copies of my credit card and send info to two different emails.
I have never been through this time of bad service with this company and want to go elsewhere.
I am sure why this has happened, but I want my order cancelled.

The representative sent a rudely blunt email basically saying to stop contacting them because they send out orders when they get ready. I still havenāt received my orderā¼ļøā¼ļø”
“I placed my order on February 17, I had to receive it in 3 to 8 business days but I did not receive it. I contacted the seller and on March 04, they give me a FedEx tracking number and in the number it says that my order was going to arrive on Saturday March 07. Wednesday, March 11, I sent a message to the seller because I still haven't received my order and until today I don't have a response from the seller.”
“Placed an order on 6/8 and I tried calling several times after my order did not ship in a few days. Their wait time is ridiculous. And sometimes the phone doesnt even ring because theyre getting too many other complaint calls for not shipping orders. When I finally got through on 6/15 after waiting on hold for 10 minutes. I was told my order WILL ship on 6/18.but the order did not ship. I called today and after being on hold for 20 minutes. I got a very rude person who refused to help me. She had no idea when my order would ship. She would not partial ship my order. She said that if I canceled the item that was out stock from my order that my shipping charge would increase. Then she hung up on me”
