“Very good prices and delivery. Website is overall very good, however it could be improved with better selection features - for example to be able to narrow down options to more than one category at a time (multiple selected manufacturers).”

“I have bought several laptops from Ebuyer and have always been impressed with their service. Last time I had a problem, customers services could not help directly as the product was out of warranty but I followed their advice and the received a replacement tablet within 10 days.”

“Very good site, best price and huge stock. Only reason not a 10 is that the physical dimensions were not on the product so there is a (small) element of risk It wont fit.”

“Easy order processing. Postage charges are a little over priced, especially when buying lots of items from the same warehouse. Would be much better if you could see if an item is available for late ordering/early delivery before adding it to the basket so you don't have to keep adding an item then removing it and trying another one.”

“I have used this firm a long time ago. So long ago that me previous log in would not work. Perhaps it's because I have a poor memory for the past. Any way, the ordering process is easy and the prices are good. We will wait to see if the delivery is as promised. But as recollections from the dim distance past are concerned, I remember it as a good firm to deal with.”

“Not happy with the "Next day delivery if you order now", very misleading as you have to pay extra for next day delivery whereas I thought it was some sort of hot deal on the delivery option if I ordered this product now. Misleading. Recommend changing it to say: Order now for next day delivery when you pay £11.00 on delivery. Instead of automatically selecting it for you. I felt like I was trying to get tricked into it and so I would shop elsewhere before coming here in future. Thank you.”

“Ordering and delivery normally good, but was a bit miffed today when 2 promotion codes I tried to use were not accepted. When I phoned to enquire, the person at e-Buyer was not aware that the company used promotion codes. After he had gone off to enquire, he told me one had expired (no - it was still within date) and the other one was for a different produce (no - it was for any product). Anyway, long story short - I received no discount.”
