“Over the years I have bought a number of items from ebuyer , they give you confidence with their service that you will be treated fairly and are responsive to issues when they arise - as they will. Its no use having a cheap online supplier who is not interested when things go wrong, life is too short to have to deal with un-necessary hassle .”

“I bought 2 quad sets of Motorola TKLR 80 Extreem to take to Lesvos to give to Starfish. The radios worked a treat and are being used so much, that people are asking for more. So a big thumbs up for the product. I did try to get a discount code these products, but Ebuyer wasn't having any of this.”

“I was very pleased the laptop I was looking for was in stock and the price was good. Unfortunately, I was unable to register using the mobile site which was a pain. It let me put my name and date of birth but then would scroll down. After three tries I went into the main site and registered by magnifying everything which wasn't as easy. This is a relatively minor niggle butas this is a company striving for highest quality I thought they would want this rectified. Apart from that a good experience, thank you. I await my laptop with some excitement!”

“Ordered a hard drive for a great price and the delivery was lightning fast but turned out I chose the incorrect capacity. The returns process seems simple so far, hopefully I'll get a quick refund. I have ordered the correct drive to replace the old one. It would be good if live chat to customer services was available as I chose to replace the item on the returns screen instead of a refund but was never prompted to specify the replacement item. I imagine that will mean a call to customer services to sort out,”
