“Reasonably priced and good variety of products, only down side is i've always had issues with the getting the VAT off the products as we are based in the Channel Islands and are exempt.”

“Purchase was simple enough, but I found the delivery address a little awkward, especially when I opted to pay with Paypal, it didn't give the full address, so I chose to pay by debit card, and enter my address manually.”

“I'm generally very happy with Ebuyer and would give 5 Stars if it wasn't for issues I've had in the past with your Delivers. Late deliveries & Items going missing, I'm sure I'm not the only one to complain about this. That said, it has been a while since I've ordered, so I hopeful of Improvements. I repeat, I'm very happy with Ebuyer and would recommend you to Family and Friends, hence the purchase I've just made. Kind regards, David M.”

“Wanted to buy a Startech Micro USB to HDMI (HML) cable. Got to final stages of buying but then could not complete as it said the ietm was not available!! Immediately went throught the entire buying process aagin, and this time it completed. However, due to on-going internet connections with Talk Talk/BT rubbish, obsolete street infrastructure, the whole saga lasted more than an hour!!”

“Used for several years always very good service and costs, encouraged others to use however having ordered a desktop PC which arrived faulty, Ebuyer insisted we deal direct with manufacturer and would not accept return, after several weeks of argument and the intervention / help of citizens advise Ebuyer eventually took back the item and issued a credit. Prior to this it would have been a 5 star rating.”

“Over the last about 10 years, I've bought quite a lot of electronic stuff from Ebuyer. The products are genuine; the delivery is on time as expected. One thing, though. Everytime when I check out, I see there is a box "Promotion code". It remind me that why I have not been rewarded with something over these years? How about some sweets?”
