“love ebuyer - the range of products is good, prices keen and delivery options usually include a free choice that is right for me. The only thing I would improve is the slickness of the payment process. I find extra java permissions and scripts need permission for credit cards and ebay address has to match to the letter or the order gets delayed.”

“Good Range of products but some are Expensive... but for me what is most important is the customer service,, I wait and see if the products that I ordered is of a good Quality and if the items get delivered on time. also Hope all the items get delivered together. “Good prices, quick and easy to place an order. Would of gave ebuyer a higher score if they hadn't tried to charge £8 for delivery to Inverness 'Scottish Highland' - come on ebuyer the postage up the A9 from Perth is the same as it would take you to get the the Broch in the north east beyond Aberdeen. We do have electric up here in Inverness hence why I needed a new hard drive ???? Would highly recommend”

“Even though I entered the exact description of the ink I wanted, the search gave me multi-pages of products that were completely irrelevant to my needs. There was no XL product in black so I had to buy two regular sized inks instead. One session 'timed out' which was quite frustrating. Otherwise, so far all is fine and I'm looking forward to the delivery which like your price, was the best I could find on line.”
