“I have shopped at Ebuyer for many years because they have good service and speedy delivery. Returns have been handled well and they have good prices as well. My only niggle is that many offer/clearance items have paltry (pointless) discounts and yet appear along side other items with reasonable discounts - so you have to watch out for that.”

“Finding an item and paying for it was easy, but changing the address to be delivered somewhere else is not. I would have preferred it to be delivered to my workplace where someone can receive it”

“Wide range, most with good stock levels. Website seems easy enough to navigate. I see no particular reason not to do business here, especially as pricing is keen too. Hopefully their carriers - which as far as the customer is concerned is just an extension of the seller as part of the whole buying experience - perform as booked. If so, then all will be good here.”

“EBUYER IS GREAT, A WIDE VARIETY OF ITEMS WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WEBSITE IS WELL PLANNED AND EASY TO NAVIGATE, ITS A BREEZE TO FIND THE ITEMS THAT YOU REQUIRE. MY ONLY GRIPE WOULD BE THE LACK OF 'LIVE CHAT', THERE ARE OCCASIONS WHERE YOU ARE NOT 100% ON THE CONTENTS OF AN ITEM AND YOU JUST WANT TO QUICKLY ASK SOMEONE OVER LIVE CHAT RATHER THAN EMAILING OR PICKING UP THE PHONE BUT UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE.”

“Been using ebuyer for many years, never had a problem with them. Delivery has always been on time and any issues iv had with DOA items (Manufacturer issue, not retailer) have been dealt with quickly. Recommended for reliability if nothing else.”

“Great site to use, only grumble is, say you were to buy a large amount of items from this site, you don't get any discount at all, so you might end of buying from other sites to get some items cheaper. That being said the prices on here are often the best.”
