“Ebuyer service itself is excellent, but there is a weak link in the supply chain. They use Yodel delivery services which I find to be the most customer unfriendly of any I have encountered. They deliver between 07.30 and 21.00, but can not give a more accurate time. Having to wait in for delivery is like being under house arrest. It is a shame that an otherwise excellent service is marred by their third party logistics partner.”

“Well laid out site and easy to find what you want/ Good prices over all with some great deals to be had. I would prefer a free shipping option (and next day shipping available to Northern Ireland) but the value shipping is pretty cheap if you can afford to wait.”

“Good experience using Ebuyer.com (I have used this site on several occasions because of excellent range of products, well planned web pages and competitive prices. However i am a little disappointed i have to pay a delivery charge for a £550 laptop and that because i live on the Isle of Wight postage options are not available to me.”

“A good website and product range, always at competitive prices. The only downside is their inflexibility to provide non UK billing addresses. No good reason for this as far as I can make out. This means that for non UK addressed businesses it becomes expensive. e-note and email reply times are too slow if you have an urgent query, so ring instead. Not my favorite shopping experience online, but price keeps me coming back.”
