“I think it is misleading to state free postage over 49.99 or whatever, when it in fact wasnt free. But apart from that the site was easy to use”

“Good overall, I like the review section and seems easy to pick and assess. It would be handy to compare with each products though...this function is probably there but I couldn't find it.”

“Most products are keenly priced and usually in stock. Unfortunately, they've recently done away with free delivery for most orders (anything <£50 and anything you need quicker than 5 working days!). This makes Ebuyer more expensive than some other suppliers - it's always worth seeing if an Ebuyer "deal" is available elsewhere with free delivery!”

“I think if anyone who's ordering items over £1000 should be getting a surprise bonus, e.g.if ordering pc components a quality mouse mat would be a great incentive for customers to buy from e-buyer again...”

“I managed to find the products we require quite quickly. It would be nice if the filtering options worked better but I appreciate that when looking at laptops it will be dependant on the product information entered when it is added. Could we filter by Intel i series cpus instead of a specific one as an example.”

“Generally a very good experience. Pricing is keen, occasionally exceptional, range OK overall, customer service is pretty good and quite responsive. I have used the returns process a few times over the years and that has worked very well. eNotes customer service is quite responsive - avoiding phone system menus makes this a very useful feature.”

“Prices on new goods are generally comparable with anywhere else I can find. Descriptions are good, site is clean and easy to use, I've never had any problems with deliveries, or had to return anything because of defects. Overall, convenient.”

“If you know what you want then this is for you, if you are not sure or you are a novice.....take great care. Why? Each item tells you what it has...or maybe just gives you a number for the processor board when what you wanted was the speed. If it doesn't have a DVD it doesn't mention it, and the same for other bits and pieces ....keyboard, mouse etc Why not give the same list for ALL items and if the piece is not there SAY SO. This means you can easily compare and buy.”
