“Been a customer for a few years now, never had any problems. I really like how easy the website is to use. One thing that could improve is the range of some products - for example, I was looking at a lot of nVidia GPUs and only the GTX range and a couple of others a available. Other than that, very comprehensive catalog of items. :)”

“The prices on Ebuyer are usually competitive, and overall the service is good. The shipments usually don't contain a packing slip, which can make it difficult to know if an item is missing from the box, or if it's a split shipment, but so far everything has eventually been delivered. The lack of paperwork is more of an issue for businesses with a goods-in dept. An item I received damaged was replaced fairly promptly and with relatively little fuss. The choice of Yodel as primary courier means delivery can be a bit erratic, but it might be Yodel just aren't great in my area.”

“I've bought items from eBuyer before, particularly whenever I need to buy/build a new PC, and they're usually my first port of call. Prices are good, and you're able to shop until quite late at night and still qualify for next day delivery, so you have plenty of time to decide before committing. I occasionally have issues with getting my payments through, but I suppose that's more to do with the credit card companies than eBuyer themselves. Recommended.”
