“I don't know why, but for whatever reason I had my doubts about eBuyer as a credible option for my business purchases, perhaps the type of ads they use, the tracking cookie type make me suspicious. Anyway, twice now for decent sized orders of £1000+ , they have beaten other major internet competitors on price and proven reliable on delivery. I am happy with eBuyer and am glad I opened my eyes to the other options available online.”

“The prices are great, and the products excellent but I was frustrated when the computer system led to an error in my order and there was no ability for me to cancel it myself and no one in the office over the weekend to cancel the order at their end. It was dealt with but in a cumbersome and time consuming manner and it would have been so much simpler if it was possible for a customer to cancel their own order.”

“I have only just signed on to Ebuyer to purchase a smart watch for my grandson as a Christmas present. It was easy to sign up and I was able to pay with Paypal which is my preferred means of making payment. I was given the choice of means and charges for delivery (including free delivery within 5 days). I can't comment on delivery because as yet I have no experience of delivery from Ebuyer.”
