“it was easy to find the product i was after with a lot of different options. However when it came to checking out I wanted to see where my closest click and collect was but then changed my mind and decided I wanted to have it delivered, but I couldn't just click to change back to delivery I had to leave the page and re-add the item to my basket. It wasn't a problem but just thought it would make more sense to have a button to just change it back to delivery.”

“I really appreciate the ease of use and thought that has gone into the design of this website, not only does it almost always find the items I search for instantly but even a lot of the recommendations when checking out or adding an item to your basket have managed to sway me a little, which never happens anywhere else because these are normally just junk to make the company extra money, but on this website, it just seems to know what I want, so props to you guys for that! I also enjoy the fact that the basket is displayed so well and not hidden anywhere.”
