Great items and some great prices but ludicrously high postage prices to N.Ireland (still part of UK, maybe try Royal mail!?). Service and products cant be faulted though.

I've been buying from Ebuyer for quite a few years now. Their range is good and they usualy deliver pretty quick, even on the free (5-day) postage which is what I almost always use. Their prices are often very impressive compared to other web companies I know about. You do have to be careful because they do sell a lot of very poor quality items which are usualy pretty cheap but almost always a false ecconomy. In other words, junk! A while back, I was entering an order on Ebuyer and was amazed to have a product in my cart tell me that it was lonely and it wanted me to put more products into my cart. I swear. It realy happened! Hopefuly they have stopped that now and fired the idiot who came up with the idea. I don't expect anyone to treat me like a child. They do have a tendancy to confuse you and make it dificult to compare products easily. For example. I was recently looking to buy an SSD drive. They have almost 200 models. great, Now I have to compare and find what I want. OK. They all have a SATA interface. That's a standard. But there different revisions of SATA and I want the latest to get the best out of my PC. Looking at the list of SSD drives, some say SATA III, some say SATA 2, some say SATA 6 Gb/s, some say SATA Revision 3.0 (6 Gbit/s) and some don't even mention SATA So they have at least 3 different ways of telling us it's SATA III. This kind of thing makes it very complex when a shopper has limited knowledge of computer products and can make what should be an easy process, a very long and tiresome one. And it's like that wherever you look on the site.

Had a night mare with the on line buying system the bank kept rejecting my payment for a HP laptop took an hour to sort it out with the bank end. This happened to my self last year also and ended up buying two lap tops which i returned one and got a full refund for. i did get through to customer services and did explain the problem, the lass said she would keep an eye on my account to make sure i didn't buy a extra lap top today. Glad to say all sorted now, just waiting on the delivery now. thank you ebuyer. Anthony B

I did not want to sign up with a password to your site but there seemed to be no other way of buying. I do not think I will use you again so it was irrelevant. Why on earth do you need my dob? Do you work for MI5? And as I was trying to avoid all your spurious questions, I took too long and you timed me out.

I found the site slow and glitchy. I was unable to purchase on my phone as I could'to scroll down the login screen so had to go on iPad. Not the best site ever but good prices.

First time buying from here, wasn't happy that paid delivery option was automatically selected bumping up the price when it was listed as a free delivery item on the web page. I had to manually change the delivery option, default option should've been set at free delivery and then buyers can change option if they want a quicker delivery.

Very good value but Amazon can work out cheaper if spending less than £50

The website kept timing out during the transaction which left me feeling vulnerable to financial fraud.
