“I wish you would sort out the truly awful listing system. Nothing is ever sorted by relevance; it is sorted to what you are trying to push at the client. And not only is that a pain, but your search engine promptly forgets the setting and lists the next search results by the same totally inappropriate rules. Please get this sorted as nobody is fooled and I doubt anyone likes it either!”

“Apparently secure, Fast, and efficient checkout, remembered my user name from a while back. Plenty of payment options. Very happy. Only 1 quibble. Original delivery option was "order in 5 hours to get it tomorrow Sat 15th", then on placing order the delivery date changed to Monday 17th (next working day). Looks like someone missed a check for weekend dates on the "Order within X get it by Y" widget. Cost me a quid to swap to Saturday delivery.”
