“Broke my laptop and was desperately seeking a replacement using my tiny smartphone which wasn't easy! I rang ebuyer as my mobile app had frozen and I needed more info about the model I'd chosen. The call was answered by a real person very quickly and the operative who dealt with my query was super helpful, answering all my questions and enabling me to make a decision to go ahead and purchase. Amazed to discover I could have next day delivery by ordering up to 10pm the night before. I haven't received the laptop yet so can only review on customer service so far - which has been faultless.”

“Was tasked to buy a standalone pc just for use with specific software. The software is a few years old, so wanted something not to high spec, but robust enough to run the graphic software which can be some what memory consuming. I have used ebuyer for along time it is my first point of call for pc bits and bobs and again they have not let me down (so far). The spec and price on this PC are ridiculous. I have spare mouse keyboard and monitor so only needed a base unit, perfect balance pounds/power. Dual core, 4 gig ram (plenty for what i need|) and 500 gig hard drive what more do I need. Will slap on XP and ready to go, so thanks again EBUYER another great deal at sensible prices.”

“Have used Ebuyer for nine or more years. I have found the real test of an etailer is when things go wrong. Over the years I've had the odd delivery problem and I've had some DOA. I buy from various sources . Ebuyers prices are good and if there is a problem their response puts them head and shoulders above the rest. Finaly unlike some other big name websites if Ebuyer say " In Stock" IT IS !”

“The website is very good the only problem I had with my recent order was when I went to confirm payment my card was declined due to the large amount and with it being around Christmas time. I was then contacted by my card supplier to confirm that it was me who was trying to use my card. They told me I then had to wait for at least 10 minutes before trying again. I decided to change my payment option to PayPal but when I tried the option wasn't there I was just given a card option. Come on Ebuyer if you have the option available give it to people when they need it.”
