I was looking at having my "premium" shipping cost refunded at the very least and was somewhat still OK with proceeding with the order but after that, I'd rather cancel it and order elsewhere which is exactly what happened.

Very poor customer service - constantly told item would arrive - it never did - had to cancel item and wait for refund in the end

@ebuyer is proper definition of poor and careless customer service. Yodel is delivering for them. That means your item would deliver to wrong address or never arrived, then you have to wait 4 weeks for your refund. Use Amazon instead.

My card details were stolen from my last purchase. I had to fight with my bank to be refunded the £300. I do not know if the Police followed up the complaint but probably not. Disgraceful. How did they get my card details, EBUYER???

I had an item with a TWO year warranty fail after 7 months and Ebuyer tried to only partially refund me because the item was more than 6 months old.

- Bought a PC from Ebuyer. Paid for next day delivery; came 2/3 days later. Contacted customer service to then be refunded a couple of pounds out of the around £10 pounds I paid for, when I had the option of free delivery. Money worst spent, and ruined the buying experience. Though the PC came in working/fine condition, and haven't had any major issues with it

Ebuyer has sharp prices and good delivery BUT - returns are Painfull unlike amazon.. If you change your mind or the model dosn't suit be prepared for a return postage cost and in my experience over Christmas a 2- 3 week refund. Also the whole return process is horrible and painfull ... COME ON GUYS to be success on line you need make this much more pleasant experience

They advised me to order a new laptop on next day delivery and then they will issue refund on the defective one once they receive and test.

Ordered the item for nextday delivery. Failed to deliver with in the next 3 days. had to canel the order and request a refund. Now have been told we have to wait till the parcel is returned to their warehouse. god knows when....

A refund was agreed and a month later it is still to arrive NOT HAPPY.
