“Website is easy to navigate. As a new customer I found setting up my account was a slight pain it kept on telling me my passwords did not match when I know they did and then it timed me out. I logged on the the rejected password and presto! I was in. Choice of delivery dates is very useful.”

“Ordering my product was easy. Unfortunately the information on delivery outside of mainland UK is incorrect. The usual suspects are present i.e. Scottish islands, Highlands, Channel Islands etc. are all listed but NOT the Isle of Wight. This is a constant bugbear with me and I would have had to think about the order if the Island had been listed. As it was I had gone so far it was easier to complete the order than look elsewhere. So 8 out 0f 10.”

“Ebuyer is usually very competitive on price and offers good fast delivery, usually for free. Been using for many years and nearly always had good service. However watch out for using an address which has previously had bad debt against it, as Ebuyer will close your account and not allow items to be delivered there. Had this happen when I used my account to deliver to a new business address - some years previously a different company had been at the address and left a bad debt. Ebuyer would reactivate the account, but wouldn't clear the address so couldn't have goods delivered there - shame, everything else has been good from them.”

“Easy to buy from, though I've often had issues with them missing off a main part of my address - good job the courier always phones if they send to Flat 2 Gloucester, and the consignment has my phone number. A bit of a problem with the labelling of packages that has been goingon for far too long. Some deliveries turn up correctly addresses, but many have been missing the house number and street. Hopefully the latest order arrives correctly addressed”
