“I have been using ebuyer for many years now and have found ordering from them to be a painless experience. The prices can also be quite competitive when compared to other vendors depending on the item. The only negative experience I've had with them was when I ordered something at the weekend and needed to cancel the order seconds after completing. The website provided no cancel order feature and I had to reject the couriers delivery to send the item back.”

Cost of delivery is generally high compared to the likes of Amazon especially if you order enough to subscribe to prime services and get next day delivery as standard. Delivery is reliable but note that items often delivered ahead of expectation, so be careful if you are choosing delivery timescale to ensure that you are able to receive the items”

“Fantastic customer service. I had two separate issues with two new laptops bought from E-buyer, neither the fault of E-buyer but the fault of the manufacturer. Both times however E-buyer and employee Wayne Black in particular was the shining star. They came through and took care of everything. From picking the laptops up to getting my money back or a brand new laptop. I would recommend E-buyer to anyone and everyone”
