“Although I could find most products cheaper elsewhere Ebuyer seemed to have stock where others did not. Also free delivery was a bonus but it may take 5 days... we will see. I have also bought from Ebuyer before and have been pleased with the service and I do trust this company. Paying was a bit awkward as I had to undergo the payment process 4 times before the check out completed. Let's hope I was not charged 4 times!”

“Generally a good experience for my first time trying to buy from this site. However, it took a while to open an account as it kept going back to the beginning. Other than that which I sorted out with a little patience it was fine. Good prices and value for money.”

“The website was pretty friendly and easy to navigate. Good tip is once you have found what you want take a note of the QFIND Code number. This makes it very easy to find the product again should you need to.”

“Ebuyer seem to be in it for the long haul, and their service sticks to that plan, it may cost them money now for their easy returns process, but they work on the principle if you come back you will spend more - certainly works for me :)”

“Another purchase from Ebuyer! Easy website to navigate, good search facilities. Not always the cheapest but very good customer service - which counts for a lot these days. A bit disappointed tonight that there was a cashback deal offered, but the items needed to complete the deal were not available for sale, meaning I couldn't claim the £95 cashback. Ebuyer needs to be aware of this. Also, make sure you know the product details for the item you want, as a general search doesn't always bring it up. I research elsewhere online to find exactly what I need, then enter the details into the search and if they sell it - it'll be there. These couple of niggles are all that stops it getting a '10'.”

“If a person is not at home at delivery time. Can one ask the item to be left at a flat next door or on the same from? I did not see this as an option.”

“I have been buying Electronics from ebuyer for years. On the whole, it's been a pleasent experience, I've had my share of problems with stuff arriving DOA and had to apply for an return authorisation, but always had a satisfactory conclusion. Price is always a big factor in my buying decisions and ebuyer's prices are always pretty keen.”
