“I look around online a lot in order to find the specific parts at the particular prices I'm looking for and Ebuyer always has what I need. Every time I hear someone thinking of buying a electronic item I always suggest them to check Ebuyer first as they tend to have either the object in stock or atleast the cheapest place to buy it from, and just because it's usually cheap by no means says Ebuyer lacks quality, the item is always as described. The only suggestions I would add is it would be better if the website had a more detailed tracking system for your deliveries and additional photos on some products. All said, the site is always my "to go to" site for electronic items.”

“very good service and good products BUT watch out for paypal transactions (which I suppose is same elsewhere) as then the free delivery option is negated and you end up paying delivery charge even though you ticked free delivery!”

“Good offers - suggest that when people receive email offers with promo codes you state that the code is added at checkout and that you be consistent in price format. i.e. Offer on email is ex VAT but on site is inc. VAT. Overall competitive :)”

“Was recommended through a friend. Was overall very impressed with the layout and found it mostly easy to navigate! I feel the tags for the search bar needs a bit of improving as when i searched mac keyboard (instead of apple) it came up with loads of macbooks. (very little issue and only threw me slightly until i realised!) All in all very happy with the service!”

“A very good option to find quickly computer equipment/accessories. Prices are very competitive, easy website to navigate . Good delivery service. It may need a wider range on some product - but I have specific expectation and the "call us for pricing " is a bit annoying as if I use a website is to avoid calling or going on location and want it done at any time of the day But good overall :)”

“Dealt with Ebuyer for a number of years now and never been unhappy with them, however when replacing a faulty item under warranty this time they had no replacement stock and insisted they would pay less than the purchase price because we had had the TV for over 6 months ( 6 months and 3 weeks) it took many conversations and calls to eventually get them to agree the full price against another TV on their site. All that said they did do the right thing and applied goodwill to keep their customer happy and incidently sell another TV ! So all in all I still rate them a company you can trust and will be happy to buy again”

“I have used eBuyer for about 8 years now for IT and electronic purchases, they consistently beat amazon, eBay etc for prices and they have really good customer services so I don't feel like I'm going to get into a row if there was any problem. Haven't had any real problems yet though. Some of the brands are a bit unusual, but I haven't been let down thankfully! eBuyer seem to choose good budget-but-well-made brands. I generally choose the 5 day free delivery option which suits my wallet but you can choose more convenient delivery slots which are extra.”
