“The site is OK but you throw people out too quickly if they have not been able to work on the site. When you have a company to run you cannot just sit at a screen and give it all your attention you have to move away to attend to customer. Customers must always come first. Kind Regards Ron”

“Good selection and good prices. Need to reduce click through though - having to click "view product" to buy it and then find and modify the quantity in the basket gets old fast in big orders. That said, it is but a small price to pay in terms of saving and single supplier for a whole range o' goods.”
