“Lots of variety of what I was looking for. Looked in the special offer section on the home page and was close to buying remote control truck and small helicopter, but poor reviews were left by others so I decided not to go ahead with either of these.”

“I'm frustrated that your web site failed to recognise me and the error messages were misleading - indicating that I did not have an account with you when I have traded with you for several years, and reporting that my email address did not match my date of birth (I'm told that it was because you do not have my date of birth, but that was not clear from your error message).”

“Good site - great range of equipment and components with some great deals. Only downside is they insist in showing prices without vat. Which is needless. They have a business site, the can choose not to show vat inc prices there, but for the majority of customers are private individuals, it makes no sense and is cynical in the extreme. None of us want the unpleasant surprise of vat added at the end. It has on occasion made me go elsewhere to buy produce.”
