“The website is easy to use, and clear, details on products are accurate and detailed. Prices are reasonably competitive. Ordering is simple and straightforward. Delivery is always reliable and prompt. What is there not to like!”

“Using the website was easy even on a minuscule resolution, I could find the product I wanted with exceptional ease thanks to the catagory search and filtering system in place. Payment was easy and choices available were sufficent, the payment pag was also encrypted, very important! My only complaint is very minor, white backgrounds cause more eyestrain than darker, subdued tones. A theme selector or nightmode would be a good time investment.”

“Excellent site & value. Only problem was checking out - bank verification code asked for 3 characters, the last being the 9th! My code is only 8 digits, but tried again and wasn't asked for the non-existant 9th. Probably a NatWest cock-up! I rate Ebuyer extremely highly.”

“Ebuyer has always been very straightforward to use, though it is not always clear which category some of the more esoteric items are to be found. On the rare occasions I've needed it their customer service has been good and deliveries are usually prompt, even with Super Saver delivery. Though it is sometimes cheaper at face value to get products elsewhere, the regular deals and broad delivery options usually swing me back towards Ebuyer. Overall, pretty damn fine.”

“This is only the second time we have used ebuyer but on both occasions the site has been easy to look through and the directions straight forward and clear. The buying process is easy to follow and I think I have been able to link it to my nectar card too! Delivery has been promised within 5 working days and is free which I think is very reasonable. At this time, I would certainly consider using ebuyer again.”

“Ebuyers website is easy to use on desktop and its catogrised well. However, the mobile website does need updating so all of the buttons work correctly first time, other than that i love the company.”
