“Had a problem paying with my card - DECLINED. Contacted my bank - nothing wrong with the card. (I had used it several times for on-line shopping over the past few days). Phoned Ebuyer, was told that I had to enter my 'Secutity Word'. RUBBISH!! The bank had to 'Unlock' my card. Finally had success at the fourth attempt. I hope the PC is easier to use!!!”

“Search function is terrible. Searching for "rj45 connectors" returned 67 pages of items (of which i clicked through a few pages then gave up). It returned mostly network cables which i can understand but DVI adapters???”

“Some items are definitely more expensive than on the rest of the internet - Its worth a search around before you buy. My New LG 29UC88 29" Curved IPS UltraWide Monitor was £344 from Ebuyer £314 inc postage on other 'google shops'. Wish they did a price match / promise ! I glad Ebuyer make up for this by offering next day delivery if order before 11pm. :-) Overall, Ebuyer have never let me down, over many years / orders. I can see my order history from way back! This is always useful with component history tracking PCs, especially when I forget what's exactly in the case nowadays.”

“Ebuyer has a great range to choose from. However sometimes finding the item you want is a bit of a problem. The site's filter options needs to be changed to make it easier to search. I do find that the filters do not always have the options I want and some times I want to filter on two things on the same category. The most recent being a laptop, I would have like to filter on both core i5 and i7 processors but I had to do one at a time. If you have a specific item to get and have a link from an email, ebuyer is great and prices and delivery isn't too bad. If you wan to do some checks on a range of products like laptops, it is not the easiest site to use.”

“Advertising free P&P and to find out at checkout, free P&P is only available for 5 day delivery is disappointing- but still good value, I would have gone Argos if they had had stock.”
