No conformation of order and order not yet received after :3 weeks not even an answer to my emails.

Ordered and paid £20 for 4 plants including delivery. Stated plants would be despatched within 48 hours. Over three weeks later they arrived by bike box delivery. Four pots one with nothing in and the other three with one inch seedlings. I refused delivery as my neighbours did who had two large boxes of plants delivered at the same time. I phoned the order line and the person who answered said she understood but couldn’t do anything and cut me off. Stay clear of this company.

Bought long reach lightweight telescopic very awkward to use in fact could not use being to heavy im 15 stone item is not as described cost £10 to send back

Ordered on 10th July still not received my product 2nd Sept, I ordered a 20 v battery and charger phone calls cost 25 minute they do not answer any emails they are a complete shambles do not order do yourself a favour.

Beware ! The so called lightweight telescopic hedge trimmer is extremely awkward and heavy to use, when the blade is angled its unwieldy and difficult. It does the job but so,so difficult to use.

I made an order on 22.07.2020. Money taken from my card + an extra £1 on 23.07.2020. Unable to contact Eckman at all. 14.08.20 eventually contacted Customer Service company who said they were servicing several companies. Said could not locate order, order No incorrect etc.etc.etc. 19.08.2020 Cust Serv. still say they cannot locate order. But Eckman have my money !!

Do not buy from this company, sold me a leaf collector on next day delivery, when delivery didn't turn up I rang them and they advised they don't have it in stock. Asked for refund, told me they cannot confirm it in writing on an Email!!! So now just have to wait and see

I bought the Edge trimmer & extra disks, which did'nt have a battery charger in the box, which they deny. When I rang they said they check all the boxes. They sell replacement batteries but they don't sell a replacement charger so I have new trimmer that is useless. I've tried online but no one sells them. I told them I'll be telling everyone about them.

Bad experience. Emails not answered - It is imposs. to get on phone. From 0900 they say there is a queue of .more than five waiting - THIS NEVER CHANGES!!! How are companies like this allowed to exist, absolutely disgraceful.. Ordered a tool sharpener in May - only about £9 so will put it down to experience as others have said .

Ordered two items 2nd February, finally arrived 10th July!!!! Had to phone customer services twice which costs a fortune. Sent several emails, I did get a response telling me they had already emailed me but it must have gone in my spam folder. Actually no it didn't because I checked my spam folder every day in the hope I would hear from them! Never use this company again. If I hadn't kept chasing I doubt I would have ever received goods.

Would put 0 stars if you could. Awful company - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. 0844 number is 27p per minute do not use as keep you holding for ages. Customer service is atrocious. Part order received which was broken, so far after 2 more weeks no replacement or apology.

Wish I had read the reviews on Eckman before ordering an expandable hose from them. I paid an extra £9.99 for next day delivery and so far two weeks later I’m still waiting for my order. I sent two email.. no reply.... I’m not intending to ring and be kept waiting for ages and it costing me more money. As other reviews have said do not order from this company!!! I am doubtful that my order will ever arrive so will put it down to experience and will always read reviews before ordering...

Appalling Service. Just come off a premium rate contact number having waited for 20 minutes to get a reply. I ordered a lithium battery and charger on the 26th June and paid extra for 48 hour despatch only to be told they have no stick and it may be another 28 days before the item is in stock. I have already purchased gardening equipment which took 10 days to arrive, so feel I have no choice but to wait. The company have not been in touch with me before my call to explain the problem and delay. I had previously emailed them twice but had no reply before I decided to phone them DO NOT BUY FROM ECKMAN.

If there was nil stars, then that is where my tick would be....I have bought many Eckman products over the years, and always seem to have trouble with them. The customer service is non existent, The problem is that if the products are outside the guarantee, and they go wrong, its impossible to get spare parts. You are told that they no longer make that particular product and paerts are unavailable. I have a 24 volt lawnmower, and the batteries need replacing, no chance...I have a leaf blower, and the bag needs replacing... no chance...On top of that bought a telescopic hedge trimmer, which is so heavy its impossible to use at an angle..../.This company and the companies that sell their products need investigating ...I have E mailed about 30 times , written 3 letters but no response......Disgusting service.

I've had to give a rating but they don't deserve the 1 star, I ordered on the 26th June, the money was taken from the bank bit I've heard nothing from the company, I've sent numerous emails. I've tried to call and ask to cancel my order but get ignored. I won't be dealing with the worse company ever.

Customer Services not answered two emails requesting delivery date for a flexible hose ordered 18th June. Reading other reviews does not make good reading. Reference to the Ombudsman looks to be on the cards

I ordered a laundry product. It was manufactured in 2013 the expiry date is 2016. 6 emails and 3 telephone calls later - no reponse.Taking the complaint to the Dispute Ombudsman and my Mastercard provider for a refund. I wish I had read all other complaints before I spent £50.00 with them.
