“I would like to point out that I have not ordered anything from your company. I have a ECKMAN 2500w garden shredder and I sent you an e-mail to obtain spare cutting blades and was informed by your customer department that you are unable to supply spare cutting blades which I find very difficult to understand when all other manufactures of this type of equipment CAN supply spare blades. I even asked your customer service department for the details of the manufacture of your shredder so that I could contact them personally to see if can obtain the spare cutting blades and again the answer was that you could not help and were unable to give the manufacture details. NOT VERY GOOD”

“Service, speed of delivery, packaging etc was very good. My problem was with the item that stopped working properly after 48 hrs. It has been returned and I am waiting for their guaranteed refund.”

“Have been most disappointed with it, having been given a gift voucher for 10% off , made a purchase charged full amount and have been given no assistance in getting the 10% taken off the bill, if this 10% is not applied then items will be returned. Several items I noted which I would have purchased have bee n placed on the backburner. Replies in 24 hrs is a bit of a mockery., Hard to get a reply of any sort. R.Lloyd”
