Never buy from this company!!! Very prompt in taking an order, but if anything is wrong the customer service is abominable.

Bought an Electric Weed Cleaner, actually via Home Shopping but with similar poor delivery to other reviewers.
There is a wire brush but I used the nylon brush which is quickly wearing away. Eckman customer service did answer my email but only to tell me that replacement brushes are not available.
It would appear that once this brush is fully worn the weeder becomes only fit for scrap. An expensive mistake on my part.

I made an order on 22.07.2020. Money taken from my card + an extra £1 on 23.07.2020. Unable to contact Eckman at all. 14.08.20 eventually contacted Customer Service company who said they were servicing several companies. Said could not locate order, order No incorrect etc.etc.etc. 19.08.2020 Cust Serv. still say they cannot locate order. But Eckman have my money !!

Would put 0 stars if you could. Awful company - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. 0844 number is 27p per minute do not use as keep you holding for ages. Customer service is atrocious. Part order received which was broken, so far after 2 more weeks no replacement or apology.

The customer service is non existent, The problem is that if the products are outside the guarantee, and they go wrong, its impossible to get spare parts.

Customer service is not very good, ordered to items to find one out of stock with at least 6 week expected delivery date. Requested item be removed from the order so the in stock one could be delivered and refund to date nothing so not ahappy customer who will buy elsewhere.
