“Brilliant ethical credentials (e.g. most highly rated ethical energy provider by Ethical Consumer at the time of writing), and invests in green infrastructure. Really impressed with the quality of the customer service when I had a query about my latest bill - the person I spoke to was friendly, helpful, clear and patient”

“My niece sent me her two recent bills November and December one was for over £600 and the Dec was over £800 she spent 2 hours trying to get intouch with them no reply the bills coming in every month was extortionate,this company has got her in so much debt that we have at to change suppliers now speaking with the ombudsman”

“I like ecotricity. They cost a bit more than other suppliers - but it is your choice to use them, you obviously don't have to. I enjoy knowing the electricity I use is green, and I've found their communications fine - they don't seem to be scamming me, they are just a bit expensive. I also like their website it's easy to use, and nice and green.”

“Unlike these other reviews which I doubt, I've found the company much cheaper than all I've looked at,, customer service can take a while to gey through, my duel fuel bill to be £80 per month, whick again is far cheaper than other top off companies glad I switched”

“As a disabled customer I was unable to get to the bank to deposit funds to top up my smart meter. One phone call and Ecotricity had topped up my meter for me giving me time to get money into the bank. Absolutely amazing company, 5* are not enough.”

“Today I spoke with a outstanding Agent called Emma D. The services to provided was amazing and I couldn't of asked for anything more from her. provided me with the info I requested. This agent is outstanding and for 8.30 in the morning, a joy to speak to. A good Voice for your Company. "Emma ill enjoy the 2 bottle of gin when they arrive"”
