“The service provided was excellent and each contact was courteous to a fault. They did exactly as they promised and the car provided was clean and in excellent condition. It was also to an equivalent standard to the car which was in the body shop for repair. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone and would use Easy Drive out of preference myself in the event that I required either a hire or loan car at any time.”

“Having never previously been involved in a traffic accident, I found myself in a highly anxious state with no idea of what I should do next. I took my car to the garage and the owner gave me a card for contacting Easidrive. Once I had made that first phone call everything was sorted out for me from a courtesy car to insurance. I breathed a big sigh of relief and let Easidrive manage everything.”

“EasyDrive is given good service, but the garage missed to fix one part. I had broken the right side of my car, they made a paintwork, but haven`t replaced the right side mirror. They said, haven`t received the mirror and they will call me when the mirror arrives ( they offered until the end of November). Today is 11/12/2021 and they still haven`t contacted me. Thay hasn`t take them word and the service quality isn't perfect too. The door has couple of mm different with the other door, etc..”

“Made my life very easy after my car had to go into the garage after a crash that wasn’t my fault. The promised hire car arrived on time, mine was collected once it was confirmed that the hire car had been delivered, and both the repairing garage and the EasiDrive office team kept me informed of progress. My car was returned after the repairs had been done and the hire car was collected. No problems throughout and very friendly and polite communication throughout.”
