“Have used edecks quite a few times and they are always prompt and reliable in their delivery.
My orders have always been of high quality as promised.
Although on my last delivery the packing crates containing the sleepers i had ordered had been damaged.
Therefore they could not be unloaded mechanically so I had to help the courier unload.”
“Very quick delivery the only issue was driver turned up at 4.50am in the morning so apart from waking me up I never got the chance to check the delivery for damage etc. As for the product I would advise getting the 120mm loglap as apposed to the 100mm as my friend had the 120mm and the quality was far superior to the 100mm they just never had the 120mm in 4.8m lengths so too much waste for my use”
“I ordered all the wood for a shed. It arrived in half a week, and all the different pieces including those bought to a bespoke size had been correctly supplied. The shed has been assembled and looks very sturdy. The price was reasonable. I would be happy to use Edecks again.”

“Great service. From ordering a sample loglap cladding on Monday to placing order and receiving goods all within a few days ( from Yorkshire to Greater Manchester). Unlike today's norm when it is usual to have to wait weeks for items "because of covid". This company is fast and product was excellent. No damage or warped pieces. Delivery driver was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Not sure about the customer phone line as my supplier would charge 68p/min for 0845 number, but customer service were very quick to reply to emails and offer advise. Would gladly recommend this company for efficient and speedy service”
“Delivery date was wrong, came the next day and didn't get a call or email as promised.
Fair price but thought we were getting an ex display so thought it would be pre-drilled.
Anyway I think it was a new one which is nice but we could have done with an instruction sheet.
We did manage to work it out though and it is a lovely piece

“Cannot fault the quality or the speed of delivery but the courier damaged an expensive tree dropping off the wood. Not the fault of edecks who were spot on”
“The order arrived after just 48 hours which is great. The downside was a 3rd party company delivered the items and pretty much dumped them on the driveway with some items missing. I managed to stop the driver before he left and he checked and found the remaining items in the van. I was unable to check the items condition before he left and noticed he signed that I had checked. Thankfully the items appeared ok.”
