When I ordered some additional newels from their website there is no mention that profiles vary. The ones sent were completely different and when I asked them to be changed their response was that they didn't do returns and that I would have to find a way of getting them back to them.
Very good at selling but appalling customer service. Luckily discovered this before placing an order for a large project. Would not use again.

Terrible customer service!! bunch of cowboys. don't buy from them!!! returns policy is dubious to say the least. 20% restocking charge and they claimed returned items were lost in post!! will bad mouth them to everyone I know Terrible!!!
