“the core drill bit shed all of its cutting teeth but one in the matter of 90 seconds. i was very disapointed with its performance to say the least. so i just bored the hole the old fashion way. multiple smaller holes. can i get a refund?”

“It was a wonderful tool. We built a jig to hold it in place, then with 3/8's drill and adapter and with an assistant with a hose, we were able to drill through 8" of concrete in a very reasonable amount of time. It was well made and is tucked away for use some other day. The pre-purchase customer assistance was great.”
