Great apartment, everything you need. Location is good. Tollcross close to the meadows and next to a bus stop. Only a 10min walk to west end. Easy check in service, info booklet on things to do in Edinburgh.

Lovely flat in a quiet location. Easy access to the city, with plenty of nice independent shops nearby. Clean and spacious with all you need for a relaxing break.

This is a lovely, spacious two-bedroom flat, which is brilliantly situated and has amazing views. Unfortunately for us, the floor-to-ceiling windows left the flat uncomfortably hot during the day, as the weather was sunny and very hot. We would happily stay here again - perhaps especially our toddler, who loved having buttons to press in the lift to get into and out of the flat!

This lovely flat was a perfect vacation spot for 3 generations -- grandparents, parents, and 2 children. We all had plenty of space, well-equipped facilities, and an incredible location right on Rose Street. We were promptly met by someone to give us keys and go through helpful information, and the double glazed windows meant we weren't bothered by street noise. Lovely, clean apartment too. We highly recommend this flat.

This flat is nicely set out and reasonably well equipped. Our arrival was efficient and welcoming. It's very central in Leith. Excellent for couples - we had 2 teenagers with us that meant many of the nearby eating places didn't hit the mark. But bus links to Edinburgh are very good. We'd stay here again.

This is a beautifully furnished and well-equipped flat. The views over Holyrood Park are lovely and we were lucky enough to get good weather to make use of the balcony. It is well located for getting in to the city centre. There is a good shopping centre nearby and nice restaurants not far away on Leith Walk.

a good apartment suitable and just fitting for a family because of its facilities and spaces: children could moved and also played. the apartment was clean and equipped. according the location it was easy to reach the centre: nearby there are bus station, market and store, bank, restaurant, take away. we'll get in consideration for a next holiday.

We used the flat for a week when we were in Edinburgh, principally for our son's graduation. The flat was well maintained and modern. Everything you need is provided for. During our stay we were never troubled by noise and the area where the flat is located is very nice. There is a good coffee/snack bar v. close by as well as a Sainsbury's. Pubs and restaurants are close by and its location means that there are a few nice walks in easy distance. It is possible to walk to Princes Street from the flat, but a taxi is only around £5.00. The only down side is the expensive parking facility provided with the flats, but we knew about this before going. We will definitely return should we venture back to Edinburgh.

This is a fantastic apartment, superbly located and with all the elements needed to have a great stay. Janet has thought about every possible detail to make your stay comfortable. She responds emails always attentively and quickly. I am a frequent traveler and my stay at the apartment has been one of the best I have experienced. I will certainly come back and certainly recommend it to you.

We fully enjoyed our stay. The open plan of kitchen /lounge / diner made those times we stayed in to eat a pleasure as we were always still together. All very modern and very clean. Bedrooms very nice and two good bathrooms, both with a shower and one with a bath too. All felt very secure, but the surrounding area seems very safe anyway (as does every bit of Edinburgh we went to). The location, about a mile west of the castle is great. Close enough to everything. There are pubs nearby and also a small supermarket. Close to Union Canal too which is worth a walk. Will go back, and will stay here again.

A pleasant flat within a stone's throw of Princes Street but with none of the negatives linked to noise & traffic. All amenities were provided although the lack of a washing machine was a major drawback. Nonetheless I'd recommend this flat to anyone looking for a central location.

With all daily facilities, this flat is very suitable for people who look for a home-like accommodation. The location is super. You can easily access every attractions in Edinburgh. The bedroom is on the back side, thus, it is very quiet even this flat is in the very city centre.

This was a repeat visit. We enjoyed ourselves so much last year there was simply no point in looking for anywhere else. Stockbridge, with its wide range of small shops and places to eat/drink is just at the end of the next road. The centre of Edinburgh can be reached by bus from the main street in Stockbridge or by a very do-able walk. The flat is very well presented. If there is a drawback, it's that parking on the Crescent is for permit holders; but we simply unloaded our car, found a place to park it, and left it there all week.

Timber Bush is a fantastic little cottage, very well equipped and maintained. We took the opportunity to stay here for a change from staying with family when in Edinbrugh - we would have no hesitation in using it again.
